What a fantastic team he is building in just his second season. I think after City, he will go to PSG and dominate France and Europe. This man has conquered Spain and Germany, so far looking dominant in England. He has achieved all these while playing exciting attacking football. He has the potential to be the best ever manager.

If Jose was at city they would be just as dominant I suspect. That's what happens when you have literally endless money reserves.

Easy now. I think people overdo how bad poor Jose has it and how good lucky Pep does, but he's no Sir Alex Ferguson.
I think Pep is great. People keep going on about their summer spending but we've spent huge sums to. I think his coaching of attacking players is phenomenal. Look at Sterling, Sane, Jesus, De Bruyne, Fernandinho this season. Do we really think Martial and Rashford wouldn't thrive in that system he has? I hope Jose does better than him and gets the better than him in this rivalry, but I do see Pep as a brilliant manager and he's doing an excellent job at City.
Manchester will reset City to factory settings. This may be something new for managers in PL but Pap has been riding this style of play in Barcelona for years and is nothing new for Jose.
Spending money doesn't essentially mean you'll get success. I don't mean to be disrespectful to the City faithfuls here, but one of the reason they've attracted most of those talent is because of Pep, the lure of playing for him is big for many players out there and City have the resources to get anyone almost. They haven't won anything, but their headed in the right direction, as Pep himself said that his team get better every year and this side is a lot better then last year and it isn't solely the new addition they added considering only Walker and Ederson are playing at the moment, but it's mostly the players from last season who have improved and understand the task better.
Indeed it's his coaching and improvement of players that I find brilliant. People go on about money but what was the opinion about Sterling prior to this season? And how has he performed this season? All their players are improving and that's the sign of a class coach.

Like last year.
Last year they were awful at the back and looked shaky every game, their firepower got them through it.
This year it's very different. Some United fans can't accept it and are hiding under a rock unfortunately.

They aren't the finished article yet. They will add quality in January and the summer and at least some of the younger players will get better. They may have a monster of a team next season provided that they don't somehow collapse later this season and Guardiola fecks off.

Definitely, plus every young superstar around the globe will be attracted to City as an option - they'll have the money to throw at them but for many, the money will be secondary. This happened at Barcelona too
Certainly been better in the first couple of months of the season. Chelsea look pretty good too, we will see how it goes.
I'm already fearing City next year. His teams in his 3rd years are simply monstrous. This City team can still improve a lot. Honestly wish we pulled out all the stops to sign him. Generational manager in the mould of Michels, Chapman and Sacchi

Yep. He has massively improved their attacking players and Martial and Rashford would absolutely thrive under him.
Yes, he has spent a lot of money and was lucky to have KdB and Silva already in the team but he has spent to strengthen his team where it was needed. He's shown that he's not afraid to make drastic changes to his team. He was aware how important good attacking fullbacks have become in modern football and did not hesitate to throw money to strengthen that area while United sat still with our mediocre to ok at best options. Most of their attacking players have also flourished under Guardiola's management. He's making his team work with just one midfielder shielding his defenders.
He's undoubtedly done a better job than Mourinho in this league so far in the past two years. An argument can be made for him being the best manager in the world but personally I think Pochettino and Jardim have done just as well if not better. Heynckes also seems to be showing that he can handle Bayern better than Guardiola.

Bayern under Guardiola dominated the Bundesliga, it's Ancelotti who did a poor job.
