This world is so disgusting
The Americans are really struggling to come up with any good lines about the attack on the Houthis
Probably to where the missiles are landing.I have been a bit out of it so can someone tell me where gazans that were told to go to Rafah have been instructed to move?
Is this the aid they've just stalled the funding for or what?

Yep and anyone here still defending any of these entities behind what's happening isn't worth the time.
So if UNWRA is defunded, and UNHCR deals with all refugees except Palestine, the UN now has the money to deal with all refugees except for one specific region.
And since UNWRA was set up by the General Assembly, can't the General Assembly change the remit of UNHCR, or reallocate funding? In other words, that's not a decision that can be vetoed?
This is the long and the short of it really. The defunders are taking part in the slaughter now.UNWRA has a 13,000 strong workforce on the ground in Gaza. I doubt such a workforce with such expertise can be replaced in the near or even medium term; especially given the fact there's a full scale war and the perilous nature of the roles. 150 UNWRA employees are already dead. Whatever agency receives the remit will have to use locals to operate. It would have the exact same exposure to the issues UNWRA is currently accused of.
Suspension of funding now, when the services of UNWRA have never been more keenly needed, is absolutely guaranteed to have a drastic impact on Gazan civilians. Many many people will die that otherwise would have lived.
The chutzpah on this clown
Absolute psychopaths. The comments on that tweet from the genocide apologists are just sickening. It's pure evil.

Absolute psychopaths.
Channel 4, after reviewing Israel’s dossier against UNRWA says it "provides no evidence to support its claim that UNRWA staff were involved in [Oct 7th]".
Oh, absolutely brilliant move: Slash the lifeline of an entire community based on some juicy gossip from the folks who, let's just say, aren't exactly their biggest fans. Because, obviously, when the International Court of Justice hints at genocide, the logical response is to cut off aid from a UN agency. Makes perfect sense, right?
I'd say its alive but frozen until the Israelis eliminate Hamas. The Saudis wanted certain provisions about the future of Palestinians, which the Israelis would never agree to while Hamas was still in existence.
The Saudis will no doubt care more about their own brand and staying in the good graces of the US than putting a lot of political capital into the Palestinian issue.
"[We've] communicated [our] firm position to the US administration that there will be no diplomatic relations with Israel unless an independent Palestinian state is recognized on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital."
