Juventus - Real Madrid (CL Final)

Juventus didn't deserve to win, so I don't feel bad at all for them.

I think the best thing about this Madrid team is that they always show up to a good enough level to win, especially in CL.

I think they had only one horrible game in the last 2 seasons. Away to Wolfsburg of all teams

In a competition in which every screw up is costly, that's the no1 quality of Madrid that made them be the first to repeat.

I didn't assume anything. I don't understand why you're getting so worked up over this. This is a matchday thread, of course people would be impulsive and rash. It's literally live commentary.
You didn't, apologies. People were responding to me so of course I respond to their nonsense. I expect it of a matchday thread but that still doesn't mean that I can't be baffled by people seeing what they essentially want to see.

Fair play, Gareth Bale the first non-LFC British player to win three European Cups.

Who has achieved more? Big Ronaldo certainly hasn't

Ronaldo scored 12 goals in the UCL. 2 in the final infact hes scored 10 goals 6 times. No one has scored more than 10 twice.
Fat Ronaldo hadn't even won the CL, ever

A vast majority have been on the big stage.
What a dumbass comment when all of his goals this season have been in the latter stages and scoring twice tonight.

I hope it's sarcasm and I have been reeled in.

Ramos is a fecking disgrace tbh. Why do that shit when you've already got the match won? Embarassing.

But yeah, congratulations to Madrid, whatever.

Please.
My allegiance is to Man United always.
But I follow Real Madrid when I can. Maybe my wording was poor.
But regardless, most people have 1 or 2 other teams when their own team is not playing that they cheer for, mine just happens to be Real Madrid. If that still doesn't sit well with you, well...
I think it's more that you said "Man Utd" which, iirc, supporters don't really say, because people who don't like us use it disparagingly.

Ok, fair enough.

TBH, that was a scandalous style of play by Juve in the second half. Real deserved this 100%.

Second half wasn't even competitive. We made them look hopeless

who knows, maybe L. Enrique's predictable tactics made Juventus's defence look better than it is. they actually couldn't keep clean sheet in any of their games against domestic rivals, but those two against Barca made us believe they'll handle Madrid's attack as well. obviously not.

Why do they always want their children with them who haven't got the slightest clue what's going on? Just celebrate with your teammates ffs.

Bale's in his hometown but has no family out there to celebrate with him :(

People going on about Ronaldo's 600 goals, but how many have really counted on the big stage?
Unless you're talking about a concert, I'd say most of them given he's spent all his career playing for the biggest clubs in the biggest games.

If Juve are the best in Italy it really doesn't say much for the rest.

I think that's a very lazy way of looking at it. They've reached 2 finals in the last 3 years. They're a fantastic team that had a very abysmal second half.

Imagine if Spanish football didn't have such a joke distribution of income.

So fed up of the big Spanish two. Just dominate their leagues and stock pile talent by running a financial duopoly.

I'd fecking love it if they got the influx of sugar daddies to their rivals that we've had in England.

They can play their fecking reserves against at least 30% of their league opponents and still win comfortably.

Ramos is a bit of a cnut, but a lot of people have decided to ignore the fact that Cuardrado did step on his foot.

It was theatrical from Ramos, but he was stepped on.
