La Liga 2013-2014

I really do believe my betting psychicly predicts the opposite results, on 29 minutes I laid Barca at 3.7.

I went for a bath, came back 15 minutes later and its 2-3.

Moyá, the Getafe goalkeeper, played in Old Trafford against us in 2009, in a friendly game with Valencia.

The funny thing, he played as midfielder. Football bloody football... hehe

I'd forgotten that. They ran out of players didn't they.

yep, Umery change the whole 11 players for the second half, and one of his players got injured. He didnt want to put one of the players that played the first half, so Moyá (third keeper by then) got lucky and played as midfielder in Old Trafford. nice xd

Its retarded that there is even talk about Martino's position. 17 games 46 points. The only reason they aren't out of sight is that Atleti are having an amazing season too.

Jesus Christ, from 2-0 to 2-5... what a bunch of fecking bottlers.

Given their decisive role in deciding where the Liga title goes, your lot are just going to have to lend them better players.
I'm sure Atletico could help out as well.

News of the night. Merry Christmas, Valencia :D

Peter Lim (Singapore billionaire) has offered to buy them!
Subject to Bankia agreeing to the deal.

I won't get my hopes up just yet, last time someone was going to buy them the investment group didn't actually exist, apart from as a mailing address at a Ford dealership in Colombia (something like that anyway). So there's a good chance they've got the wrong Mr Lim. But hey, it's Christmas :wenger:

Excellent win at one of the toughest away matches, coupled with one of the douchiest refs in the Primera (Which is really saying something). No doubt Pedro changed the complexion of the match.

Apparently the Peter Lim - Valencia hookup was set up of by football's top dating agency, Jorge Mendes.

He's looking at investing/guaranteeing (it's not obvious which) 400m Euros, which will clear the bank loans, finish the new stadium and will put 40m in the club's transfer piggy bank for the January sales.

Obviously there will be a catch, this is Valencia we're talking about, but I always thought they'd be a great purchase for someone. A much more obvious team to buy than Malaga say. Great little city, lovely buildings, great places to park the yacht, classic paellas, an actual loyal football fanbase - what's not to love?

I assume Lim fancies owning a football team and as he's not part of Spain's economic crisis he might even be feeling hopeful about what he can do with the old mestalla once the new one's finished.

Why isn't there a party hat smiley?

Guaita; Joao Pereira, Víctor Ruiz, Mathieu, Bernat; Oriol Romeu, Parejo; Feghouli, Fede, Piatti; Jonas

Vs

Diego López; Arbeloa, Sergio Ramos, Nacho, Marcelo; Xabi Alonso, Modric; Di María, Isco, Cristiano; Benzema

Valencia's bench looks better than its team
Diego Alves; Ricardo Costa, Guardado, Banega, Javi Fuego, Canales y Alcácer

Anyway party night in old mestalla, roll on new mestalla

Where is that "y" who plays in every match.

I've always had a soft spot for Valencia but tonight they're going to get it bigtime I think. 0-4 Goals from Ronnie (2x), Di Maria and Modric.

It'll be a while before they complete the new stadium, won't it?
