Come on you reds.

You reckon Ronaldo will play?

Oh and Cal, is that Mark "Unnecessary and pointless stepover" Walters? ;)... I wasnt sure because he didnt end up on his arse.

i think fergie will play a more defensive minded team with keano, phil and fortune in the midfield.

ronaldo will come on as a sub and he will score again !!!
and yeah..i have a feeling that Forlan will continue to haunt them !!!

With Goggle-eye likely to play Traore at LB, Ronaldo HAS to play, it's essential that we let him run Traore ragged. :smirk:

Reckon he'll play Riise to be honest.
Well, why has he dropped Riise for the past couple of games then? Don't tell me he's rested.

Ferguson never rests players?

He played DT in the league cup - we didnt play a full strength team in that game. With Carra out we have very little cover at left back so we either flog JAR to death or we take the chance to rest him where we can.

Then he kept him in for Fulham as he felt him better equipped to deal with Malbranque. This was an away game. Expect Liverpool to be more positive at home and for this reason I think you'll see Riise.

I may be wrong but I wouldnt bet on it.

We'll play

JD
Finnan
Sami
Biscan/Henchoz
Riise
Hamann
Gerrard
Diouf
Smicer
Kewell
Heskey

I reckon Owen won't play. If he does then it'll be Owen in for Hamann

Traore is fast Riise isn`t, Riise can tackle Traore can´t.
Dont care wich one that plays, they will struggle.

I don't see the need to rest your LB given the fact he's supposedly one of the fittest players around.

If Owen doesn't play, you won't stand a chance.

Riise isn't exactly a great LB, Ronaldo will have the better of him. :D

JAR can't play every match until Carra comes back. That'd be ridiculous.

Kewell looks dangerous up front. Pongolle on the bench is pretty handy as well. Though I think Owen will play (though if he is as fit as he was last Sunday then there's no point)

Nate: Funny thing, saw Guardian Unlimited Football`s list of the ten worst\ best dives the other day.
Ruud wasn`t in it, Owen was.

RVN has a top 10 of his own.

;)

No pics from Moss side there i'm afraid. Have you been there lately? Makes Toxteth and Bootle seem like warzones.

We're at home.

Not you lot.

Bootle is alright. Toxteth is OK. In a bullet proof van in the daylight

0 - 0 Vs a couple of bigger numbers

Obvious mistake that. Anyone who knows anything about Liverpool would have spotted it straight away.

Nice one.

;)

Well..here goes.I reckon Gerrard will get the better of Keane... again.
Owen should be playing,so there will be no excuses.
LFC will win.

You obviously haven't seen that Keane is back. Now go on, tell me that Gerrard is better than Keane. It will make my day.

:nono: Gerrard is the best midfielder ever ever because England have never lost with him in the side. :smirk:

I am sliding slightly with the idea of Fletcher starting ahead of Ronaldo. Kewell could give Gary all sorts of problems if he's left alone with him, and Ronaldo offers no tracking back whatsoever. After sixty odd minutes, if we're having trouble breaking them down, then we can unleash our (not so) secret weapon. :D

Actually I have seen Ronaldo tracking back a bit more in recent games...and Gazza is on top of his game so far this season...He may well keep Kewel quiet without too much help.
