Liverpool vs. Manchester United

Scholes starting is a mistake for me. Liverpool will be in our faces and will try and make the game high tempo. Accident waiting to happen. But oh well, gotta hope for the best now. Carrick will need a top game.

Good thing Bellamy not starting - the only player in the Liverpool-side who likes to make runs. Every other attacking player wants the ball played to his feet.

Hoping Welbeck doesn't spend the game isolated...this is where the intelligence of Scholes/Giggs may be useful.

He ran his bollocks off against city, don't think he can play 2 in row like that anymore.

I just have a terrible feeling Carroll will score just as that other strop Crouch did a few years back:mad:

Other than Park I'm happy with that line-up, and that's only because I'd rather have seen Berba. Honestly think we will cope much better than most think looking at that side

Scholes and giggs. Oh dear. Injuries have battered us but lack of central mid investment hasn't helped.

Seems an odd decision. Lindegaard hasn't played poorly recently.

So, one of Scholes and Giggs are bound to run out of steam during this game, which means that we'll probably see Pogba at some point  Hopefully it'll be when we're already a few goals up

I'll take a result of any kind today, not keen on a replay but I don't want lose to these cnuts.
