Manchester City vs. Manchester United

Fergie decided to take the piss. Payback will be quite the bitch for us if City pull this off.

Shot from close range along the floor right on him. Not sure what he could do apart from parrying the ball to be honest.

VDS would have held, or reacted to the spill better. Not blaming the lad, but not absolving him either.

Before kick off we would have bit someones hand off if they offered us this situation with 25 to go.

Positivity, this is still ours to lose.

I knew we weren't safe even at 3-0.

If theres ever been a test of character for the side, this is it now.

Lindegaard could done better, yeah. But I would never classify a thing like that as a "mistake".

Must be said that City have coped much better playing 10 men than we did at Old Trafford.

Nani should've stayed on. He didn't have a great game but his pace could've caused them problems. Our play is too slow atm.

Wish we got that second pen even more now

Agree - it's all very well saying we have let them back into the game, but it doesn't change the fact that we should have been given a chance to make it 4-1...

And that was an elbow by Richards on Scholes - all it got was a laugh from Townsend and a "welcome back Scholesy"

Yes it was a error against 10 men we should be dominating this shit.

Instead its been the other way round.

It's funny how quickly people turn on this site, it makes me wonder whether they really support our team at all.

push it out?

Seemed like he already moved a bit because he was anticipating a shot to his left, so he had to move a little bit to even safe the ball, I think. Could've done better, yeah - but I don't think it was a mistake. Several other players who made bigger mistakes at the very least.
