Fellaini more touches and passes than anybody (including Carrick) at half-time.

Not been a bad half, we just need to be slightly more sure with our passing. Valencia looks quite lively and Rooney has been sharp. Fellaini is offering excellant cover in front of the back four.
The only niggle I have is the gaps Evra is leaving behind him, needs to stop.
Keane and his cronies seem pretty certain that Rooney's goal should not of stood.
He has, although he wasted that lovely pass through two people by Kagawa by letting it go under his foot O'Shea style.Hands up, Smalling has been far, far better from right back that I expected(and said) before the match. Great showing.

What the feck is wrong with ITV? They are acting like we have been shit.
I love the security Fellaini brings, if he could stop giving the ball away he'll be a fantastic signing. I thought the Chelsea and Palace games led to Rooney getting ridiculous praise, he was good in them, but no more, but tonight he's been exceptional. I'm not sure where this pace has come from but I like it.
Just seen Rooney's goal and to be honest if a goal like that had been scored against us , I would be fuming, they are right it should not of stood.

yet i don't know what he brings to the table. He was very good in the oppening 10 minutes and then gone AWOL.
Nah, he just has a bit of a nasty/angry streak. What's with RvP's temperament? Does it have something to do with Rooney being back?
Aye, the odd small mistake, but good showing overall. He has, although he wasted that lovely pass through two people by Kagawa by letting it go under his foot O'Shea style.
if it gets ABUs frothing at the mouth.....![]()
Well so far he's brought, lots of touches/being involved and 3 interceptions - the most out of everyone on the pitch. I can see why you aren't convinced but he's probably done his part. Just using him as a second Carrick is clearly not the most effective way to deploy him and you wonder if £27 million couldnt have bought us a bit more cleverness through the middle in the final third. Because we're still 99% about passing the ball onto the wings and letting the wide players create everything
Sort your fecking crosses out Valencia.
