The highlight package of the first half should be quite brilliant.
Yeah, Gibson has looked ok. Park has been disgraceful, Valenca not at his best.
Diouf though. Wow. I know players need games to get form, but really, what's the point?
Eh? Villa haven't won the cup since 1957 have they?
So the stat they bring up when Yorke starts to talk is that he's a "Aston Villa FA-cup winner"?
Take that back now.
They must mean League Cup winner, he was in the team that won it in 94 I think it was, beat us in the final.
Match-day threads. Group hysteria in action. The collective IQ plummets due to the high concentration of muppets shooting their gobs off. I don't really understand why half of ye even watch football if it pisses you off so much.
Back to the game. We're not playing very well. Got on top towards the end though. Fabio's injury was probably a blessing in disguise. He was a red waiting to happen.
Like to see Morrison get a go on the left wing soon.
The Hangover Part 2 was shit.
Why do you bother coming in here if you know you aren't going to like what you see?
Absolutely shocking red card in the Spurs game.
Holly Valance![]()
I seriously don't know what people were expecting out of a team full of players who haven't played much recently due to circumstance and injury. We'll pick it up in the 2nd half.
Yeah, for me the biggest disappointments have been Park, Diouf, Berba and Macheda. I guess each could be excused for their lack of playing time to an extent, but you'd still have to expect more.
Gibson has been fine, he's showing for the ball a lot and is always looking for the forward pass. His problem is that he's basically in midfield on his own, with Valencia pushed right up on the right, Macheda/Diouf pushed right up on the left, and Park nowhere in particular at all.

It wasn't one of them round ones, was it?
