Does anybody think Moyes thought for a while that Nani was defensive so he played him and then he found out he could dribble so he instantly benched him?

What nonsense!

such a bunch of fecking drama queens in here. the midfield is similar to many weve played loads of times and won in recent years. some of the comments are beyond reason. its obviously not great for a top side but not top 10? worst in decades? take a reality check, we had a midfield not long back with miller and djemba, and i remember giggs starting in the centre before he had even adapted to playing there, alongside o'shea with fletcher and richardson on the wings! is life not harder when youre so bloody hysterical??
valencia, on his game is one of the better right wingers in the league. fellaini, like it or not is a very good player that just hasnt clicked here yet and hes partnered by giggs who put in our best midfield performance of the week last year. kagawa is a brilliant player and would feature alot in most teams anywhere and welbeck, if he even plays down the left has done well there before.

Yeah that's wrong.
Danny's workrate, defensive work is much superior to Nani. Obviously that shouldn't be how a Man United winger should be picked but let's not make up facts here.

That didn't really happenThompson: Its a bit weird how Moyes went to go meet Fergie when he was at Everton still
Le Tissier: To be fair, he didn't know why he was meeting him
Thompson: Yeah but he knew when he left
What a fecking idiot![]()
Evra got his arse done by Lennon despite Welbeck being there.
It's the anti drama queen, drama queen though. The comments aren't too bad in here, just people sharing their opinion.
worst midfield in decades? not a top 10 midfield? see the comment thats been quoted above you? come on, its hysterical.
It was a question more rather than a criticism to be fair, I was curious to know if it was actually the case or not.The only player really playing out of position is Welbeck (assuming he starts left) but it's a position he's played probably more then as a striker.
If you look at some of the highlights, you'll notice the front three last Sunday were constantly interchanging. There was no fixed position.
Welbeck came from the right hand to win the penalty.
Welbeck is great at tracking back and putting a shift in..Goalscoring is another issue altogether though
Yeah, that's how I see it.The way the lineup is posted, could it be Welbeck behind Rooney with Kagawa out left?

He's out according to the Mirror. fecksake, getting beyond a joke.

Putting a shift in is what he does most of the time. Creating chances however is something he doesn't do much. It's a defensive move.
Oh but it did. I genuinely couldn't believe he thought that was a logical argument![]()
It really isn't unless you include Hull City as a top 10 team (somehow they're 10th currently). Just look at the other teams in there. We don't have anything better to offer for this game but that doesn't make it a good midfield.
ok. that midfield is not a top 10 midfield. as you were. im escaping this rubbish....dont know why i ever venture into matchday threads.

If we don't win tonight, Moyes has ruined Christmas
Ok you're right, Fellaini and Giggs are a bitter midfield pairing then Arsenal's, Chelsea's, City's, Liverpool's, Everton's, Newcastle's, Southampton's, or Spurs' midfield. There's optimism but there's also delusion.
Quite worryingly i can see Olly do an absolutely excellent GIF of Moyes as the Grinch.
But I am going to be positive and hopes its a GIF of Moyes as the Grinch stealing Barkley from Everton.
That's 8 teams. You forgot the other two that are better than us.
I really hope we aren't using Kagawa left again just to get Welbeck in the team, he was poor against Spurs.
