Since I said how poor he was I've seen Eckersly a few times in the reserves and he played well.....but why the hell is he on the bench when we already have Neville as a right back.
---------------VDS------------------
O'Shea-------Evans------Vidic--------Evra
Fletcher--Scholes---Carrick--Park
---Ronaldo----------Rooney-----------
I like that lineup for the first leg. Keeping a clean sheet is very important and Fletcher and Park in front of the fullbacks should help keep things tight.
Give Ronnie the freedom to roam around the pitch and sit down for a rest whenever he fancies.
oh oh....tell us you edited that post..
You generally dont get anything right...if you did get the team right, we might get beat
Did I get it right?![]()
---------VDS
O'Shea Vida Evans Evra
.Carrick Scholes Fletch
..Ronaldo Rooney Park
Foster; Neville, Rio; Gibson, Nani; Macheda, Tevez
2-0 Vida and Rooney
Win win win
Uefa.com says Rooney up front, Park/Ronaldo on the wings with a three man central midfield: Carrick, Scholesy and Fletch.

All I want today is to see Ronaldo on the wing.
He loses 60% of quality when he plays as a striker.
Thats a fairly random percentage stat.

Have Uefa.com mixed up their positions up or are Porto playing with a very attacking line-up?

Not true, at all.
He's played well up front a number of times.
omg, just realised, we have Ronaldo....but they have......Rolando![]()
An episode of the simpsons should pass the time, back in a bit.

Seems like your normal 4-3-3.
Sapunaru and Cissokho at full back, Bruno Alves and Fernando centre back, Lucho, Meireles and Rolando in centre mid and Lopez, Hulk and Rodriguez as the front three.
Paul Parker is horrible on MUTV
Goal.com says;
Manchester United (4-4-2): Van der Sar; O'Shea, Evans, Vidic, Evra; Ronaldo, Carrick, Scholes, Park; Tevez, Rooney.
Porto (4-3-3): Helton; Sapunaru, Rolando, Bruno Alves, Cissokho; Meireles, Fernando, Lucho Gonzalez; Cristian Rodriguez, Hulk, Lisandro Lopez.
So who's right?
Not Goal.com i can assure you
