Normally, I'd predict a 4-2 win, but right now its more likely 4-0 to the barcodes.

Take the L, sack him, and prepare to by fecked by Levy but do what it takes to get Poch in the next couple of days.

People will say the players are downing tools but even his favourites are garbage.

We're not well coached. Haven't a clue really. Players lacking confidence so we see a lot of misplaced passes as the more nervous you are the more you push and make mistakes. This uncertainty around the manager is not helping anyone. Also wish the OT crowd would stop the angst because it's not helping!
Fecking Gary getting people riled up! It doesn't fecking help! Imagine playing in that atmosphere.

    What’s with these player exiles?
Smalling 1st, then Bailly, then Andreas, then Sanchez, then Fred and now Lindelof. It’s not even rotation. He puts faith in them for a period then drops them abruptly. Then recalls them out the blue.

I think this deserves some merit. Something did not seem right with that either.
Left to become a manager... but hasn’t become a manager. They clearly fell out surprise surprise

God help this club and us all.

And I don't believe in god.

Now let's watch this turn on Pogba by the end of the game. Jose will find a way to bring him into the spotlight.

Although, so far - he looks like the only one who cares.

I really think we need Alexis on for Lukaku. The number of times he is losing the ball is pathetic.

They created the whole shitfest by being continously wank for months./QUOTE]

This is how it ended at Chelsea. Then they won the league. It's just how it ends with Jose. He wants the sack. They want him gone. Today is a farce purely aimed at Ed. We might as well not be there.

Players like Martial and Pogba are not the kind you want fighting for your club. Not good enough but sulking and downing tools when things don't go their way like they're the next coming of Maradona. I hope whoever comes in next has just as much trouble with this bunch. Then maybe some people will wake up to the utter shitshow that is our squad, ownership and upper management.

Is it any wonder defenders have lost confidence? McTominay being played at the expense of other centre-backs. seems he really does want to prove a point to Woodward and fans.

I know some players clearly need to be booted out. But on the others I would keep my decision reserved till I see them under a different manager till the end of season.

What the absolute feck is going on here?
We were losing 2-0 before I even got the game up.

Jose was running down the tunnel, he must be dreading the interview.
Even our board can't keep him going after today.

Who is doing the match updates?

"Mutu blatantly handballs in the box from the corner to control the ball and then races up the field. Referee does nothing but then gives a yellow to McTominay for fouling Mutu."

Was Luke Shaw who got the yellow for backhugging Muto.

Young was our worst performer there right?

Our was it Matic... Or Martial? Though McT was hopeless... And Smalling hasn't been much better

    I could go on...

Yes, don't feel sorry for the cnut. He will be paid millions for doing a shit job, there are many more unfortunate people in this world that you can genuinely tell sorry for. I generally don't feel sorry if a manger is sacked for doing a bad job, especially at this level with the amount of money involved.

You are the voice of reason, @Ace of Spades :)

If anyone doubted it, surely there is no way back for him now. Zero.

Yeah, that didn't turn out so well. Not that it was some scintillating play on their behalf. It was sloppy defensive mistakes just like in the Brighton game.

I guess it was naive to think that the story yesterday would do anything other than compound our misery. I was somehow expecting a performance despite of it.

This is how we've been attacking for a while now. Impotent. It's the defense that's been awful even for our standards and it's all down to one ashley young of an idiot

If ever loosing the dressing room feels like, this is it. He can give all the instructions he wants but the players wont do anything.

Agreed. These 2 need to be shipped out of the club. I don't understand why more people don't see it the same way.

Free fall. Jose got to go, players are losing confidence. Nobody is playing well, even De Gea cannot save us. Relegation battle on, maybe finish 14th on the table. Unbelievable, how bad can we be? Drop everyone and play our under 21 except De Gea.

This will be 5 wins in the last 15 games under Mourinho.

    7 defeats in that time.

5 without a win, and we've had Wolves, Derby, Valencia and Newcastle all at home in that run

    Just awful embarrassing records.

WTf with McTominay? Average midfielder crap CD, Bailly is off form but surely better than McT

Young got turned inside out for the 2nd goal, then started shouting at his teammates after it went in.

    Mourinho needs to go.

But this shit show is on the players.. absolutely disgraceful

Sure, but who left Young on the pitch after his car crash defending? We can't sack the entire squad, but the damage repair has to be begin with sacking the manager who will then take steps to leave players like Young, Matic and McTominay on the bench and not on the pitch.

    Anyone else feel like crying?

    Just me?

I'm past that point now. I'm just numb to it. Not playing exciting football I was willing to forgive, but then the results started drying up and now we can't seem to string two passes together. We look like a bunch of amateurs who have just met each other, not a well remunerated top tier professional football team that spend every bloody day training together.

The only positive in this result (I don't think I'm being premature by calling this match now) is it makes the decision to pull the trigger easier for Woodward. To not do so at this point would be negligent.

Seriously..this looks like the players are doing it on purpose, there can be no other explanation.

True, but Mourinho doesnt learn from his mistakes neither it seems. Playing a too slow and static midfield, putting poor McTominay as a CB, when we have Lindelof on the bench. Just shocking really.

Is it any wonder defenders have lost confidence? McTominay being played at the expense of other centre-backs. seems he really does want to prove a point to Woodward and fans.

This is really the most pathetic thing, if he is trying to prove a point.

He's literally sabotaging us as a club just for his own ego.

I cant recall ever seeing a utd side play this poorly...but then playing is a loose term as players clearly aren’t. But there will still be some clinging to the ‘give more time to turn around’ notion...good grief!

I'd love to be one of those people who are utterly assured that all of this will stop once Mourinho goes. There are quite a few absolute cnuts in that dressing room and they'll need shifting before anything actually changes.

Honestly I feel so bad for Mctominay. I never thought I would say those words, but he’s been absolutely thrown to the dogs by Jose here.

Okay you want to make your point about the defenders, why not send Matic to CB? McT clearly showed last game he isn’t good in that position. Why send him there again to further dent the confidence of a young player?
He's been thrown to the dogs by Ashley Young, who dropped his arse completely for both Newcastle goals.

That was the most comedic half of football and refereeing I can ever remember. Totally ridiculous half of football.

Sub after 17 minutes? Why? How did McTominay for that ankle breaker and Pogba for booting the ball away escape a booking. Newcastle should have had a Pen? Not even a corner given, are the officials actually blind? Maybe Utd should have had one too, but haven't seen it clearly. Why is McTominay playing in defence, he looks totally out of his depth. Mourinho making a point about not signing who he wanted maybe?

I still think a draw at least is possible and Utd could quite easily win it.
