Manchester United vs. Queens Park Rangers

Without sounding like a cnut, I don't want to see Carrick and Fletcher together in two man midfield. Also I've a feeling that Rafael maybe rested today.

We start with 4-3-3 today

@nickcoppack: Subs: De Gea, Jones, Smalling, Anderson, Cleverley, Powell, Chicharito

Fletcher and Scholes? Sigh

It's Fletch, Scholes AND Rooney. It's a 4-3-3 IMO.

Is Carrick injured?

Fletcher and Scholes together in CM, possibly even slower than Giggs and Carrick?

Disappointed De Gea isn't starting, shame his tonsillitis or whatever have Sir Alex the opportunity to rotate him again.

How long is Kagawa supposed to be injured for? Starting to forget that he's actually our player these days.

Carrick gets some much needed rest. Valencia too? Or paying the price for some dodgy performances recently?

EDIT: ^^ Nani still out as confirmed by SAF yesterday.

I've never been one to diss the team but that midfield 4 looks flimsy at best. Its going to be a disjointed performance, I feel. Happy to eat my words though.

If it wasn't for the fact Rooney and van Persie can make something from nothing with a bit of brilliance, this would be a fairly boring team to watch...

He's got another few weeks to go. Originally it was reported to be a 4 week injury but it turned out to be double that.

Well since there was no mention of any injuries yesterday in presser. I think Valencia, Carrick have been dropped for poor performances which won't be a bad thing to do.

Code:

Rafael - Rio - Evans - Evra

Scholes - Rooney - Fletcher

Young - RvP - Welbeck[/CENTER]
?

No Nani again?

Injured. Someone who was at the statue unveiling said they saw him limping so he's unlikely to feature in midweek either.

I think you're spot on. Good that we're trying something new IMO.

Yeah, I have to say though, they're the last two players I'd expect SAF to drop. Interesting stuff.
