if we're going to play Valencia maybe as a right back so Rafael can have a rest, like to see Buttner get a game ahead of Evra too.
a rest with 6 days between games, he should not need a 6 day rest.

If its Di Canio we can expect more of a battle in my opinion
I agree, but still don't see us not winning.
De Gea, Rafael, Smalling, Vidic, Buttner, Carrick, Anderson, Valencia, Welbeck, Rooney, Van Persie
Young, Cleverley, Hernandez
why valencia....he's been shite
Cause he hasn't started in some of the last games and Nani is injured. So for the right wing it is either him or Young. Giggs and Kagawa could play there too but Kagawa played last weekend while Giggs probably should be rested for the last part of the season.
Ashley Young should be able to feast on the carcass that has become Reading. Start him, probably Kagawa too.
Maybe give Smalling a start over Rafael. 6 days should be enough rest, but a little extra break before the heavy lifting of April might not be such a bad idea.
Normally facing a team who have just sacked their manager can be a bad thing, but with Reading I don't think so.
I saw them live against Villa and they should have been smashed out of the water, they just lack any premier league players with maybe a couple of bottom end exceptions.
Play the best team, smash them, and get everyone's confidence back up after the last couple of games.
I've been having a good feeling about this team lately, so I want to see it in action:
----------- DDG -----------
Rafael - Vidic - Evans - Evra
---- Carrick - Cleverley ----
- Nani - Kagawa - Welbeck -
--------- Rooney ----------
Still no news on Nani's fitness?
Welbeck has to start, surely?
