Manchester United vs. Tottenham Hotspur

I'm having trouble trying to understand this.

We've not played at all badly ffs, if anything we deserve to be 1 goal in front.

We need to get something out of this game. With our recent form and remaining games I think Liverpool have the edge if we lose this. :(

Apart from vidic our defence has gone to the dogs. Its been the same thing over and over again. Get at Evra, cross to the back post. Rio has been woeful and his old self has been back this season.

HT. 0-2. We need to react to this scoreline and fast. We have played fairly well but up front we have been too imprecise with our finishing. Need to shape up in the second half and stop Lennon on that left side.

We've not been that bad, shaky at the back but not terrible or anything.

I'd take 1 of Fletcher or Carrick off, not because they're playing badly but the game calls for someone a bit more attacking imo.

How the feck it is 0-2 I don't know but I've got a feeling lady luck is a scouse slapper today.

Scholes/Anderson and Tevez on.

We need to start the second half like a pack of greyhounds fresh out the traps!

Just got back and been forced to listen to Alan the Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime Green.

We been playing as bad as 2-0 makes us sound?

No just not taking our chances.Story of our season.

fecking hell.

defending was poor for both their goals.

wtf you think he meant that? Ok i see your game. Lets make Berba the scape goat although Evra is having one. TWAT

It was the handball that was stupid, nothing to do with the player.

Spurs have cut us to ribbons at the back at times. And its not been from amazing, outstanding play. Just moving the ball quickly and sensibly.

We need to do more of that when we attack.

We'll win 5-2

Ronaldo - besides the FKs - hasn't been that involved..Nani has been decent as has Berba..

all the morale was down now.
it will be very difficult for SAF to do anything about it

look like any team that coming over to OT can possible score more than 1.

OT doesn't feel like Home game at all.

Awful match so far.

Here's a tip for the boys then: STOP HOOFING THE BALL TO TOTTENHAM'S DEFENDERS.

That's all we've done all game. We get the ball smash it forward, and one of Tottenham's towering defenders obviously wins it. Rooney is NOT going to win those headers, and Berbatov's too busy playing with his dick in the centre circle to try and win one. We're better than that.

I'm shocked Ferguson didn't line Park up against Lennon (unless he's injured, but I don't think he is...is he?). Still, 0-2 down isn't the end of the world. There's still a half left to play; if they keep going the way they were at the end of the first half we're still in with a shout.

I don't like this tactic of Evra standing 10 yards away from lenon and letting him take him on... Both goals could have been prevented if he was sticking to lenon...

they've raped us down our left with Lennon. Hes having no problems putting in crosses from there, and all his crosses have caused problems.

We've been ok in attack although I hope we stop trying the pointless long ball to Rooney again and again and again. Also, I hope Berbatov stays up front and allows Rooney to drop into the hole.

If Rooney can't play in his best position even with Berbatov playing, whats the fecking point??

This is turning into an extremely shite weekend/.

Evra not getting support from ronaldo when spurs attack and so getting murdered in 1 on 1s with a very on form lennon.

Rio/Vidic had a shocking half.

EQUALS

0-2 to spurs

I really think we have to draw or win this one. Lose and I reckon it will drain us of confidence. For heavens sake we are playing at home. I would almost understand it if we were playing and white hart lane. Come on United...fight fight fight. If we draw our confidence will be maintained. THere is no way Liverpool are going to win all their remaining matches...

if we win the title this year it will be very damning on the other 'big' teams ... we haven't played well except in spurts ... you can say we've done enough to be top of the league , but I think we've been fairly pedestrian all year

Lacking a true intensity and incisiveness in our attacking play, the opening quarter of an hour will be telling.

In hindsight maybe O'Shea should have started... hopefully Evra proves me wrong and provides 3 assists in the second half.

Regarding Park not starting, I think it's because his form is shocking at the moment, Ronaldo has not done too badly tracking back though. Certainly seems more lively than recent games.
