Minute by Minute: Manchester United vs West Ham

West Ham kick off and yet again Fletcher breaks up their play.

Ronaldo is fouled by Boa Morte
 
Game looking like it will follow a similar pattern to the first half.
 
United fans are cheering for ROnaldo as West Ham try to find a way through
 
Nani is fouled out on the left wing. Free kick taken short and United look to pass the ball around again.
 
Boa Morte gets clipped by Anderson as he makes a run forward. Clever play
 
Scrappy period of play, with both teams giving the ball away often.
 
Ronaldo picks the ball out on the right wing. Cuts inside and tries a left footed shot from about 25 yards which is saved by Green at his near post. 52 minutes played.
 
After a great deal of possession outside the West Ham box eventually leads to Ronaldo trying a shot just outside the box which is comfortably saved by Green
 
Almost another great goal. Ronaldo does great to keep the ball in play, and then flicks the ball over Boa Morte's leg. He crosses the ball in low, and Tevez spins brilliantly, but is his shot is deflected.
 
rafael finds Ronaldo with a long range pass. Ronaldo then turns the defender and finds tevez in the middle and he in turn spins his defender but his shot gets deflected.
 
Ridiculous skill from Tevez. He flicks the ball over his head with his heel and is past Upson. Breaks forward into the box, and goes down between the two centre halves. Appeals for penalty but nothing given.
 
Tevez with a great flick finds himself clear but as the defenders catch up with him he gets caught and feels its a penalty.
 
Tevez does well to pressure Upson into giving away a corner. Corner comes to nothing though
 
Tevez forces Upson to concede a corner. Nani to take but it is cleared by West Ham. Anderson hoists it back in and Vidic flicks to Nani whose cross/shot is flicked away by Green and he just about stops Tevez from getting it.
 
Rafael finds himself beaten but the Hammers cross is cleared by Evra and Ronaldo is away down the left
 
Nani and Ronaldo have now switched wings. Evra links well with Tevez on the edge of the box. Plays a one two and bursts into the area. Crosses into Berbatov, who finds Nani who blasts over.
 
A good surging run from Evra and his cross to Berbatov is perhaps too strong who then controls it and finds Nani whos shot is sky high
 
West Ham with the ball in the United half but not doing anything with it. Eventually someone gets called offside. Rooney warming up again.
 
Rafael finds himself beaten again by West Ham but Vidic is there to cover up
 
Anderson bundles over Boa Morte and West Ham have a free kick in the United half. They will look to put this in the box.
 
Bellamy takes and almost catches out PIG who was well off his line.
 
United sloppy in possession and West Ham break forward. Collison goes down in the box, nothing given. Collison is then booked for a nothing challenge on Evra.
 
New boy Collison tries to claimm a free kick off Vidic and then is booked for a foul on Evra which is a really bit harsh
 
Berbatov is fouled out on the right wing. Sears is getting ready to come on.
 
Cross is cleared but United maintain possession. Swing a couple more balls into the box, but nothing comes of it. West Ham try and counter but Di Michele runs the ball out of play. 67 mins played.
 
Looks like we will make a couple of changes ourselves. As I hoped, Rooney and Carrick look set to come on. Nani off for Rooney and Carrick came on for Fletcher

Free kick to West Ham.
 
West Ham go forward, and Faubert swings a dangerous cross in. Cleared by United, and Faubert is then fouled by Evra.

Carrick comes on for Fletcher, while Rooney comes on for Nani, meaning Berbatov Ronaldo Rooney and Tevez are on the pitch at the same time.
 
Rooney looks to to be playing on the left wing.
 
Anderson finds Rooney with a sensational pass out to the left wing. Rooney crosses deep to Tevez, who lays it off to Berbatov first time. He lays it off for Anderson who smashes a shot just over.
 
The debate will reign on whether Rooney, Tevez and Berbatov and Ronaldo can all play together.

Rooney with a cross to Tevez who cushions it down to Berbatov who then feeds it back to Anderson, but his shot is high
 
Sears on for Bowyer as well btw.
 
Bellamy tries a long range pot shot but that is far high, Ref ties up his laces,

West Ham have had more possesion than us in the past 5 minutes
 
Rooney is picked out by Carrick on the edge of the area. He goes for the chip, but Green tips over. Should have put his foot through it really.
 
Carrick with a brilliant pass to Rooney, great first touch and a lovely little chip is tipped over by Green. Corner to us that leads to nothing
 
United asleep at the back! Bellamy finds Boa Morte who had made a good run into the box. He tries to finish first time on the volley but doesn't connect properly. PIG saves.
 
Bellamy picks out Boa Morte who was running clear with no one around him, he tries to flick it past PIG but to no avail.
