He played 60 minutes in a friendly. He was a sub against Villa. He wasn't involved at Braga. And he's 23.

I think the thing with giggs and scholes is using them properly. Scholes doesn't have the legs so you need to use him in games where the other team will likely sit off. Giggs prefers to play higher up the pitch and can be a bit of a liability so play him in a 3. I think fergie really likes to gamble on the midfield too much and make games much harder than they need to be. Giggs or not I still think we'll win, but I think it's going to be a much more bumpier ride playing him in a 2.
In a way, yes. I mean, he's just a kid and I'm not sure at all he deserved to be picked. But you see older lads who have shown they can do a job, and they're still not picked. I love Giggs and I love Scholes and I want them around for ever, but I'm having a hard time with Fergie insisting on not seeing them as a bonus and delaying any possible solution to our midfield problem.
Sad if Clev and Anderson are going to play in Turkey in a game that doesn't actually matter. I would have played them today.
