He looked very confident and smooth. Great cross and good overall awareness. Almost grabbed a goal as well.
If he really wants to stay, he will.
I think today we saw the difference between bringing in a kid in makeshift side versus a somewhat stable that can actually give the kid a platform to perform well. Delighted by his performance.
We should be playing him in the Europa League.
It's pointless playing Giggs or Scholes in the and Carrick should be rested unless we are in the latter stages. I'd be hoping for Pogba, Cleverley and Anderson to be used in the Europa league as it would be of benefit to them(first to for experience and Anderson because he needs to restablish himself whenever he returns).
I really hope he signs a new contract and stays. He'll show Morrison what he's missing and what could have been.
It just amazes me that 16 or 18 years old kids have their own agent who probably know that kids are so fickle at that age. Therefore they will milk out as much as possible in the short run. What cant there be a FIFA where they cant have an external agent until 21 and can use family members as advisers/professional ward only.
If Gazza could give these kids some advice now...
There are agents at u10, and lower, games.Apalling but true. Now this regulation thing that's coming through will make it harder for clubs to have any control over players
Am I the only one getting concerned that the club seemingly are having issues tying down young players to new contracts?
They list him at 6'1"How tall is he? Made Fergie look like a dwarf.
It´s only because they are so good. If United were producing shit quality players then you wouldnt have other clubs waving big contracts at the agents.
Yep, but previous generations have been good too and they only ever wanted to play for United!
To be fair I can understand Pogba getting fidgety when we fielded Rafael and Park in centre midfield, at home against fecking Blackburn
The message that sent to him was that he was currently ninth choice, at most
Pogba wants to stay, United want Pogba to stay.
How the feck is that complicated?

Carrick, Cleverley, and Pogba seems like a promising combination. We'd also have Giggs, Anderson, and hopefully Fletcher back to full fitness.
Muppet in me thinks a player like Javi Martinez would be an excellent addition to that list.
Was really pleased with his performance last night, he seems to have finally convinced more people of what he is really capable of. It was frustrating for those of us saying that he is nearly ready and not having anyone believe you, but last night showed just how comfortable and composed he is. He didn't look of out place at all.
The best thing is that there's still more to come, not even in a sense of him improving but of what he is actually capable of already. With a few more appearances he will show other parts of his game too.
On a side note he seems like a great lad. After the game he went round and shook everyones hand and Rio ran over and put his arm round Pogba. Looks like Rio is taking some of these lads under his wing.
Can we get a video of his involvement last night?
Good job we're buying him and not his manager then.![]()
