Bloody hell. I like to give the benefit of the doubt on these things, but if that's true it's either deliberate or really poor technique. Either way, I hope next time he jumps up swinging he gets a red card, before he hits the player.

Look at Dempsey's other elbow, the one that doesn't hit Jones, way down by his body. The one in Jones' face he lifts and throws out.
When a player accidentally elbows someone it's with both arms in relatively the same position.

Jones is not and never will be a DM. that would be such waste of good abilities. We would need Carrick in Midfield to accomodate Jones' forward bursts.

He meant it as a joke I think. Jones is so hard that Dempsey hurt his own elbow when he elbowed Jones.
