Man Utd 1:0 Swansea - Lukaku (5')

Man Utd 2:0 Swansea - Lukaku (20')

Great first half, very disappointing second half though, hoped to see more goals.

Great 1st half, meh 2nd half.

Overall, I enjoyed that. Big goal for Sanchez too.

Good attacking minded first half, composed controlled second half. Good 3 points altogether

Really fecking annoyed with the second half, being counter-attack minded, soaking pressure is all fine but we looked less than half-arsed in the second half which was just fecking annoying.

Complacent, poorly focused, sloppy as shit with passing.

Great first half, dull second half. Took the foot off the pedal and missed some golden chances, some very inconsistent performers today. Thought nearly everyone was good in the first half but some really bad performances in the second. Valencia, Rashford, Mata and Young were all fairly poor after about 50 minutes (Rashford his entire cameo).

Pogba had a better game than most of his recent outings. Also thought Lindelof was our best player, Matic and Lingard both played really well too. A mostly comfortable win, more of what we saw in the first 45 and I'll be happy. Subs came a bit too late to take control again, compared to Swansea took us another 20 minutes to get our 1st sub on.

Good win but our tempo as a team is hindered by our shite passing in attacking areas.

Very good first half, disappointed with how the game panned out though. Should've been way more because of how shite they were. Annoying that we just kinda stop playing and settle on a win instead of pushing on and really having some fun on the pitch. But whatever, win is a win, fine. Best we'll ever be able to say with Mourinho which I've accepted.

On performances... hopefully Sanchez and Pogba push on. Their best performance in ages. Sanchez motm for me.

Solid win with some lovely football in the first half. Back in second ahead of Liverpool. No complaints.

Just win the FA Cup and this will have been a fairly passable season overall.

Decent win. Sanchez with a much needed goal, Lindelof with his most assured performance yet with a few glimpses of what he can bring to the team and Pogba coming back into some form.

Lukaku and Lingard were very good too as expected.

A typical Saturday 3pm post-international game.

We should’ve kicked on in the second half, but can’t complain overall.

Sanchez and Pogba much better, but ultimately Swansea were always there for the taking.

Good win. Some nice stuff in the 1st, should have played with more urgency in the 2nd. Glad for Alexis, Pogba had a good game too, Lingard was again good and Lukaku.. What to say. Proving to be a great signing imo.

Much better opening 20 minutes than what we normally see. In the end though, a pretty routine win without much to comment on. Think we might just have to accept this is how we're going to be for a while.

Nice for Lukaku to finally get that 100th PL goal.

De Gea saved a few blushes in the second half too.

Great first half. Relatively dissapointed in the second. I was expecting United to come out and keep the same tempo as in the first, alas -- it's Man Utd.

It’s patently obvious Utd cannot play consistently good for 90 min. At this stage of season points is all that matters...on to next one.

Very very good football in the 1st half. Second half was average. Happy with Alexis who had his best game for us yet.

Nice and easy, the first half was the best footbal we've played in a while. The second half was so tame though, we need a bit more consistency within the matches, although I think we should've got Rashford, Martial and Herrera on after about an hour to refresh the team.
All in all happy days, gutted we have to wait ages to play again now.

Easy win. Impressive first half, don't want to overstate it as Swansea did not turn up, but the combination play between the front 4 is what people have been wanting to see all season, signs of attacking patterns and chemistry.

Swansea had a crack second half, Utd got a little self indulgent and lazy(Pogba especially) in midfield but a good performance overall with everyone playing fairly well. Shout to Lindelof who was very solid, the better of the 2 CB's today for me. Mata and Lingard were very good in prompting the game.

quite a few decent performances, Lindelof was a highlight. Pogba and matic good in midfield. Nice to see Sanchez score and Luk getting another one. dropped off a bit in the second half but a comfortable win in the end. cue mass moaning from match day posters because we didn't win 5-0

A routine victory made more complicated than it should've been because we missed easy chances. Had Mata scored that volley in acres of space it would've been done before Swansea's second half flurry started.

No evidence that Jose's losing the dressing room as the media/pundits keep saying. Instead we saw disciplined performances in midfield, included from Pogba, and the full backs actually offering width.

Pleased.

Wonder what the managers were saying to each other before the final whistle? How's the wife? What are you having for dinner?

Anyways good win!

Who cares if the 2nd half was boring? We pretty much won the game in the first half an hour. Pogba did well, Sanchez scored a goal and had an assist, Lukaku's linkup play was good (scored one out of four chances) and we were very fluid from the start against a very defensive team. Managed the 2nd half well, but yes, let's sack Jose because at 2-0 we failed to entertain...Jesus.

The tempo and dynamism in our play in the first half was good to see, but the second half was poor and we needed a couple of quality saves from De Gea to prevent Swansea from gaining real momentum in the game.

Happy for Lukaku and hoping the 2nd goal will help Sanchez confidence for the last bit of the season.

I just wish we could have added another goal or two. I'm not down on the win at all, but looking forward, I'm worried that Liverpool could pip us on goal difference.

Very good first half. Complacent in the second. Should have scored at least two more. Need to be more clinical.

Comfortable win. The players you would say needed to play well were our best players and missed 3 clear chances in the second half to make it 5.
Couldn't ask for much more after an international break.

Killed the game in the first half. Man.... I am starting to enjoy watching United again. Lukaku brilliant today! David de Gea is the best keeper in the world bar none.

Easy win - no complaints. Looked easy on the eye for the most part and flirted with danger at times but that was a solid performance.
