It's almost impossible. One wrong guess in the groups and your knockouts will be all wrong.
Some big places like forums or facebook or twitter could mobilize and increase their chances somewhat. 1,000 people, 1,000 different outcomes, eliminate some obvious results - have the same outcome in all 1,000 ballots (not that I actually see a lot of those in fixtures though...Germany v N. Ireland?).
