Premier League Gameweek 30+31

It's not, considering their quality. They're "big 6" in name only, when last did they challenge for the league?

That stat is as useful as the "x games since Everton beat Liverpool" one... Like Liverpool are much better so you don't expect Everton to win such ties.

Fair, they did come 2nd in 15/16 though and have came 5th above United a few times so have been in and around the same level as you guys for that period but aye, you're right they've been the worst of that top 6 overall.

Ederson smiling there after not even going to check on his teammate after impact? Crazy

Yeah, he's just taken out a team mate to the point where they're being stretchered off with oxygen and he's just giggling away. WTF is wrong with him? Weirdo.

Need to look at the impunity with which goalkeepers disregard the safety of their opponents. Neuer against Higuain springs to mind. I know it's his own player this time but he would've done the same if it were an Arsenal player because he knows he doesn't get punished for it.

What's the matter with Garcia? It seems pretty serious. And apparently Luis got a red? He's a joke.

Everytime someone mentions a keeper collision, I think of Schumacher vs Battiston in 1982 WC. So painful to watch, and I will never understand why it wouldn't be a straight red.

And if someone breathes on them it's a foul. Ridiculously protected.

Shouldnt he be sent off for that one ? I mean its his own player and all - but still....that is assault

I know it’s his own teammate, but that rule where you’re allowed to do what the feck you like if you’re a goalkeeper is a really weird one.

Ederson should be sent off for putting his own player's health in danger.

That's actually a thing in the rules. You can just as well get a red for reckless behaviour against your own team mate. It's obviously just hardly ever done.

Mendy and some other players look clearly distraught. Ederson meanwhile has clearly blanked the whole thing out of his head. Mental!

Ederson ran at him full speed and poleaxed him to head the ball away. No idea about the injury though but the players waved the medics on straight away.
Arms came up in a fencing position so it's a concussion for sure. Long delay to protect the neck and carry him off safely.

Plus with no sound on can hear that Garcia gets absolutely no shout from ederson coming through.

That was weird. Ederson laughing when standing around him and then Pep ignoring him going off and organising his team when they're 2-0 up and cruising.
