Pep sweeper keeper plan for Bravo was bound to be exploited by good teams.
God damn it every time I leave my screen Spurs score.
How can Poch drop Son when Kane is fit? Big call.
Yeah, rather Spurs or Arsenal win it, then we only have to deal with their fans. In case of other two we will have all of City, Liverpool, Barca, Dortmund and Bayern fans spamming this forum. Now here is something. Spurs win the league and we only have one twat to worry about (@GlastonSpur).
City or Liverpool do it and there are loads. C'mon Spurs.
Yeah I commented on his bulge in this thread and a few posters thought I was on about Selling presumably cause they hadn't seen the interview. That's how you was given that tagline?
5points if this score stays. Agree with your point. In PL until Christmas, these kind of point gap is not as huge as they seem come new year. But if we think the margins are as small as two points so early in the season, then we must admit that the race is wide open. Six points with thirty-one games left to play.
I think 8-10 is a bit harsh -- maybe that's true of him these days, though. In the past at least I recall him being at the heart of everything good that they did.He plays world class like once every 8-10 games or so, he's so inconsistent. He's nowhere near consistent enough to be in that bracket, in my view. He's been there what six seasons? I wouldn't say having 3 very good seasons out of 6 puts him in the world class bracket at City. For some reason people refuse to acknowledge his inept displays, something someone like Mata doesn't get.
Or the same manager for a few years. What about that?Spurs are not a better team than us because they have better player. They are a better team because they have a better manager. Nothing against Mourinho as I believe he is a great manager, but Pochettino knows the right way to play football. Similiar to Klopp and Guardiola.
Go have a drink and come back when it ends. City deserves a thrashing.God damn it every time I leave my screen Spurs score.
Yep, definitely. Christmas is the watermark I generally use as well -- if you're in and about the race in December, you always have a chance. Or, put it this way, if we were 6-8 points off the top at Christmas, I'd be happy.5points if this score stays. Agree with your point. I know you did.I was replying to a post claiming Guardiola has somehow been found out...
He looks miles ahead of Jose, irrespective of today's result against Spurs.
right. 2-0 already. We should emulate how Spurs play against team like City.I think it's the other way around.
Eight cows diedFour hour trip to watch 90-95 minutes of football, no wonder their fans are always so pissed off

I think Celtic have shown the way. Get in their faces and press them relentlessly. They aren't anywhere near as good as Bayern or Barca, and so they make mistakes and you can get at them.Commentators saying they miss De Bruyne and that against us City had De Bruyne and Silva to find, as opposed to just Silva today. Whilst that is true, we went with a 4231 with fecking Pogba and Fellaini. Spurs, on the other hand, have matched City in midfield and have played with a high press, which has closed the spaces in the middle, thus stopping City from playing in between the lines.
Remind me what have this great Poch achieved so far in his career?Spurs are not a better team than us because they have better player. They are a better team because they have a better manager. Nothing against Mourinho as I believe he is a great manager, but Pochettino knows the right way to play effective football. Similiar to Klopp and Guardiola.
Surely Gundogan replaces Fernando at HT.
He's been excellent this season to be honest.Would be surprised if Pep doesn't get rid of Otamendi next season.

Hard to say. I wouldn't like to forecast it. I just think that a two week break is a blessing in disguise. It disrupts all semblance of form and continuity. That's worse for Liverpool than us at the moment.Agree.
But with our upcoming fixtures, do you fancy us to ensure the gap doesn't widen?

Don't think we deserved anything from the Watford game, but the Stoke game really infuriates me. 3 points behind 'invincible' City at this stage would have been great.Frustrating that we've dropped 5 points to Stoke and Watford, a real chance to close the gap. Need to beat both liverpool and chelsea, or i think we're out of the race, and its only October!
Then again how has he proved he's a better manager if he has won nothing so far?I think he means right now and last season
And he is not wrong
Jose has to prove himself again
Spurs are a much better team than us. Why can't we play this way at OT back then?
