Premier League Matchweek 22 (Jan 21-22)

Hasn't that gif been proven to be fake?
He was celebrating when we went 2-1 up. The clock there says 81, but they didn't score their second until injury time. So yeah it's been edited. However, I'm not sure there's a gif of him celebrating at 2-1, as this one provides more comedy I guess.

It's admirable how ten-man Arsenal just don't give up and get the result that they deserved. The harder we work, the luckier we seem to get.
Arse won't win the league this season so it's all moot. You always beat the likes of Burnley.

You will finish in the top 4, win feck all as usual and your fans will moan about Wenger.

Next season Barca will knock you out of the CL in the quarter finals and you will finish 4th in the PL.

Rinse, repeat.

 ok Peanut Bitter.

See, that's one of those games you'll remember forever kinda fondly (in a strange way). If you won that game by the odd goal but only had 30 crosses, you'd have forgotten it a month later.
Definitely. Looking back, it's actually hilarious and epitomises Moyes.

Bitter? You had me wrong, I would actually like to see Arsenal win the league instead of Chelsea, Liverpool or City.

But the fact remains that Arsenal are serial underachievers both domestically and in Europe. United have been poor for a while now but I have enjoyed European glory in Barcelona and Moscow, memories that will never leave me.

So bitter? Far from it. It's just that I don't understand why Arsenal's fans get so cocky.

Fast forward a couple of years and instead of crosses per goal ratio it's shots at goal per goal ratio.
Funny that you should say fast forward. With work and my studies last year I wasn't able to watch a lot of our matches live, especially midweek. So I'd normally record them and play them at 1.5 x or 2x speed, so it felt like watching a normal match

Wherever we finish this season, watching us is a lot better than it has been the last few years.

Chelsea are so efficient, it's really annoying. I can't count how many times this season I saw them leading after first just two or three shots.

That's Conte for you. Clever manager

Are they really underachievers? What should they have won that they didn't? One league title last year? I just don't think they've ever been good enough.

I've always thought that was from the match highlights for some reason.

Happy Chelsea are winning. The further ahead of Liverpool and City they are the better.

Yes they should have won the league last season but bottled it like they always do.

They have a bottler for a manager and a fanbase that thinks finishing in the Top 4 is a trophy in itself and something to gloat about :wenger:

Actually WINNING the CL is something to be proud of, not being the likes of Olympiacos 3-0 at home in the group stages only to crash out in the knockout phase.

@Grinner might assume some of us Utd fans are "bitter" but I wouldn't want to be in Arsenal's shoes thanks! If anything I am envious of Chelsea who seem to be able to transition between managers and new players with ease and actually win league titles and CL honours along the way.

Chelsea are the big boys in London these days, not Arsenal.

What games do these linemen and refs actually watch? Piss easy job they've got. Where can I apply?

Never liked him, but i reckon he is a great striker.
He is a mad bastard there's no question about it. Never much liked him myself but find him amusing this season for some strange reason. Liked how he had a go at Pedro during the game with Spurs - was funny!

You wouldn't want to be 2nd in the league? In the CL?

Weird.

Without question.

Haven't seen the line-up but Hull have 3 Norwegians playing for them. They are a sure thing for relegation.
Suddenly loads of noggies in the PL again (well, five). Too bad it's more Nevland quality than Solskjær. I think Omar can do well. Henriksen and Nordtveit aren't good enough, while King and Dio can be decent squad players for bottom half teams.

2nd is another way of saying LOSER. No thanks. CL is good but you need to be able to win it, otherwise it's pointless as well.
