I've been following football long enough to know things can turn around pretty quickly. It's looking bleak at the moment i'll admit that but to give up hope after 6 games is pathetic.
He's got a 1 in 2 record so far in the league and always looks a threat when I see him. I do agree he looks a bit streaky but he's easily good enough for an upper midtable side I reckon.
I've liked Remy for a long time, I don't understand why we didn't pick him up given our dearth of strikers.
I think Remy is a good striker, thought he might have actually gone to a better club than Newcastle.

Fair enough, he's definitely not in with the crowd of Gouffran, Sissoko and Yanga-Mbiwa. I think it's maybe because he really looks like he could explode into a good player but he never quite delivers on the promise. Still, as you say, 1/2 can't be sniffed at.
Pardew's really biting his lip here to stop himself laying into Yanga-Mbiwa. He does look a very poor signing so far.
I'm not sure what Carragher just called him. Yangy Mbaby or something.

Couldn't give a feck, sick of seeing his useless mug on my telly after every woeful performance. He's a fecking disgrace and would be in League Two by now with Phil Brown if we hadn't plucked him from his slide towards obscurity.
The players are probably the 8th or 9th best in the league on paper. Every single player we buy gets worse under him, Sissoko looked great for a few games and then went terrible once he settled into routine. In fact all the January signings did. Remy is the best player at the moment because he's been here the shortest amount of time. Our preparation tactically, physically and mentally is horrendous.
It's more a case of better the devil you know for me so I'd keep him. If Ashley gives JFK a job I'd be worried he's got a mate down the snooker hall he'd bring in as manager given half the chance.
I didn't expect out from tonight and apart from you should have got wins v Hull and west ham I think the season should be ok. Just.
I thought he looked a bit disinterested for long periods but that's probably down to Pardew's awful management.
