Would've preferred Valencia/Fabio at RB. Giggs at CM concerns me, but he was good last time out so hopefully puts in a good performance again.

Hope a Fellaini has a good game. I'd love to have to revise my opinion of him. The defensive part of his game will need to be on point imo without a Carrick/Jones in midfield with him.

Awfully slow through the middle, which will force the team to defend deep and give away chances. Sociedad will score at least 2.
I am a tad concerned now. Sticking to my opinion, Smalling will offer nothing going forward, so let's bloody hope Valencia has an awesome game. There is no pace in the centre of the pitch IMO, Vidic, Ferdinand, Fellaini, Giggs, can't get any slower than this. Not saying it is a bad team, but quite unbalanced IMHO.

I don't like to suppose, because he was starter while he played 3 good games (almost) in a row, and he is dropped for two or more games for one poor performance.
No Adnan is a surprise, but he started both the Carling cup match and premier league match, so getting some well deserved rest for the Arsenal match.

I was thinking about this earlier and when everyone was including him in lineups I thought he was due a rest but couldn't remember if he did actually start the last 2. I'm not looking forward to this match :/

His contract expires in 2014. Think he's there with Anderson and Ashley Young category for Moyes. Not for use and deadwood.

They're the only three options you go with in a European away tie. You don't start throwing people like Fabio and Varela into the mix in a game like this.
