There's always going to be dickheads who refuse to wash their hands after taking a piss or shit in public. What annoys me more is the design of doors to the bathroom in that if the door has to be pulled to get out then this completely defeats the purpose of hand washing because the selfish prick from a minute before has left his pissy prints all over the handle. The door should swing in a way that it has to be pushed going out so you get the option of being able to use to your foot to push it open, which I normally do.Hopefully this improves peoples hygiene. Problem with that is people will go to the pubs for the matches instead, but then again if they are going to halt all sporting events shouldn't pubs and social gathering things be closed as well.
