Ramos getting close to the wage he is asking for and staying at Madrid. And this would result in?
A pay rise whether in Manchester or Madrid. And this would result in?
Ramos getting close to the wage he is asking for and staying at Madrid.
Perez I don't know, but tbf to Ramos he has always shown great passion for Madrid so claiming they are the best is probably what he really feels and not a lie. It has been reported that his problem is with Perez, not RM. Obviously Perez currently runs RM so both go hand in hand, But Ramos has great influence in the dressing room and if he extends his contract he will get an immense pay rise, otherwise he could just let his contract run out and leave RM on a free in a couple of years. And I think that he won't get the contract he wants, but will sign and claim that Perez is a great guy and Madrid the best football club.
Those could be the only two outcomes regardless of his "power" anyway?A pay rise whether in Manchester or Madrid.
It's not our job as fans to decide tactics or team selection either. We still the merits and pros /cons here. The point is, it's not our job as fans to do the accounting. Woodie knows what he is working with, so whether he spends 100 quid or 100 million is his problem
Fans getting worked up over transfer fees is pointless but also symptomatic of people playing too many football simulators!
Yeah. How much he would earn with us will have nothing to do with Perez. But I believe he'll fight his ground until Perez gives him most of what he wants to stay in Madrid or he will just let his contract run down. Ramos holds all the cards here. Those could be the only two outcomes regardless of his "power" anyway?

At least we have some clue as to positions and what a player is capable of. We literally have no indication of budgets or how much a player is being touted for other than shitty media sources which 9 times out of 10 is wrongIt's not our job as fans to decide tactics or team selection either. Delighted. I am confident. Let the cynical smirk and the soulless prance around with their essays full of weirdo complaints. He had a meeting with Real today and asked them to listen to offers for him according to Cope.
According to the Daily Mail, Real Madrid are to hold crunch talks with defender Sergio Ramos.
The report states that talks between Ramos and the Spanish club’s president Florentino Perez has escalated in the last 24 hours to the point that Ramos could leave the club to join Manchester United.
Its a bit on I think.
But just a tiny bit.
Just a bit.Zippers open?
This is very similar to the alves story. We're being played.
Wow, that's a very good edit.![]()

People make it sound like we're mugs in this. The idiots in these type of situations are the media who are totally led along by the player's agent and close circle, it's not like Utd can do anything about it. And it's not worth issuing a statement everytime a player we're not actually in for is linked to us. Or our comms department wouldn't actually get any work done. This is very similar to the alves story. We're being played.
Apparently we were annoyed with him re-signing and had interest. Samuel Luckhurst confirmed thisThis story has far more traction than the Alves one. We were just a murmur in the background of the Alves story.
We are probably getting played though but the level of hype makes me think that maybe not.
Eugh a purple suit? Do not want.![]()

Well Verane is 22 and consodering the talent that some think he has he should surely be ready to start. He's not gonna want to be on the bench for much longer. Plus I'd expect them to buy Otamendi if we got RamosConsideri Pepe's age, and Varane's inexperience -- would Real really let their best CB go? I suppose they could get Otamendi in to partner Pepe or something.
Until he says something himself there's no real reason to get any hopes up.
