Shinji Kagawa

Bastard.

Moyes thought we'd be losing this game, so he might as well give Kagawa some minutes.

Whatever happened to 'expect to see a lot more of Kagawa from now on'? If this is Kagawa getting a lot more game time id hate to see when he gets the chopped.

So whats that, twice now he's come out and said Kagawa would feature, only to not?

His man management skills are beyond appalling.

He'd come handy against Bayern, always did well against them while at Dortmund.

Moyes absolutely despises him though so he won't play.

Moyes is an asshole.
Calm down.

It's sad to see how Moyes has marginalised Kagawa. Then again, he'll be better off playing under a manager who encourages a more classy style of football, so it will end well for kagWa.

He'd be handy against any side if Moyes had us playing the kind of football him and Kagawa are suited to.

Would love to see Moyes give him a run of 5 games or so.

Players like him and mata make us play better.

A little rusty but he's still shown how clearly better than Young and Valencia he is.

If we let him go it would be a huge mistake. He is just a great player and Moyes needs to find a way to make it work.

I have to say he looks very tidy out there today.

I know he hasn't exactly forced his selection since he moved here but he is technically very good and in the right system could be a key player. I for one hope he stays at Old Trafford.

He is very much a modern footballer

Should have Rooney in when Tomkins misplaced that pass early on. Was an easy ball as well

Actually looks okay coming in from the left for once doesn't he?

Needs to polish it with some final ball but given the lack of action I can't blame him for snatching a bit.

Linked up well with Mata and Rooney that half. Like Mata, could have done a bit better with shooting but other than that. A good performance so far

Tidy and quiet. When he's been in the game he's linked well with Mata in particular.

I think we're going to sell him in the summer and I think we'll quickly regret it.

That chance, he should have done much better, forced a better save at least. He looks lethargic out there, he's a good player but I perfectly understand why Moyes plays him so rarely.

Completely agree, he's been horribly mismanaged by Moyes. Hopefully he plays regularly in the remainder of the season and puts in some convincing performances.

As I always said: Kagawa is able to play well on the left if a proper AM is in the center and/or if we play fluid football with lots of movement.

If Moyes puts Rooney back in AM the moment RVP returns ,then I might actually lose it.

The way he has linked with Mata so far has really added a bit of zip to our attack. They seem to instinctively get what the other wants, maybe cos they play a similar game? With Rooney dropping to join it, it gives us more movement and motion in the final third than we've produced all season.

Yeah I like his link up with Mata and he's shown good willingness to get in behind which is helping to create space. He, Rooney, and Mata are looking a good trio, just need someone better than Young out there to provide the pace.

The pass to Rooney was on and for someone of his quality it was a very easy pass.
It's okay if you do. Maybe you don't. It was a genuine question. It's the vibe one gets from the way you post on him. He's having quite a good game today yet that's your one post in this thread. As I said, just the impression I got. Everyone can have their preferences.

Why on earth would I hate him?

He's had a decent game but like most of his games for us, he's not decisive enough.

The team is just so much more fun to watch (never mind more effective) with him and Mata in behind Rooney. He's had a good game today.

I haven a clue as to why you would. But supporters do often dislike their own players.

I suppose you prefer Young's "assist" performance today to mata and Kagawa's who got neither a goal or an assist?
