Ole is to classy to move on after 1 season.
Wolves applaud their players after getting stupidly sent off and boo them when they try their best. Hiring Ince would further confirm to me that they actually want to fail.
I would love to see how he does in the premiere league, but not at wolves. Always had this wet dream that he could replace fergie, but we need to see if could cut it here.
It wouldn't be a good move for him. They're basically nailed on for relegation as I can't see them catching up on a six-point deficit, so he'd be moving to a Championship side.
Molde could be in next season's CL if they can get past qualifiers and it'd be a much better experience and a chance to shine. If he could pull an Apoel with them he'd receive much better offers.

it would be better to stay in Europe for another 2-3 seasons for him. I don't think Wolves would be the right club for him.
He needs to stay at Molde and win back to back titles, if you want to be the best you need to show consitiency, I still think it's inevitable he'll be the united manager one day. The fans would love him, I'd rather have him then someone like Moyes.

Champions League this season Ole, you can't walk away from that. Aside from Celtic there is no one stopping you from getting to the Group phase which you can say would definitely be a better team than the one you have. Maybe the Swiss champions too, but the point is there can be no excuses

On a more serious note: Ole has to stay. He needs to prove himself in the lower leagues. I can't see him as Fergie's assistant because he's been there, acting almost as such by the sound of things. He needs responsibility and time to put his ideas into action and see what sticks.

My word!!! Just finished watching this. Such a joy. Thank you so much for posting this up. Love Ole. He's so down to earth as always, yet he has his ambition and he has the ability to achieve more and bigger, there's no doubt about that.
Mold is like an extension of United (his Ole's word: he wants to make Molde a mini United). Everyone in the town loves football and in turn, because of Ole, they support United. One guy name his first son after Eric (instead of a Norwegian name
) and he said maybe next one would be Ole. Lovely people in there. Thanks to Ole for making United so famous in his home town. I am so touched in each and every way he feels and said about United (like he always does of course). I wish his dream of managing United comes true one day. That will be amazing!!!! Love Ole.
Their fans deserve it too. These people get to celebrate the club's 100 year anniversary with their first Trophy. Any success in the CL will bring so much joy and happiness for the fans, adults and children alike. I am a Molde fan now.

Also the part at the end where he called his kids plastic mancs and they miss the place like him. My favourite player whilst he was here. Its not up for debate imo and to be fair none do but he;s a proper club legendHe really needs to stay in europe if there is any chance of him managing us, would we rather employ someone who has faced european big boys and championship sides. It may work out if he goes to championship but it would be better for us and him if he competes in the CL.
its difficult with the resources he has though - let him win a few titles in norway, maybe get a semi decent prem club and improve them,challenging at least for the cups. If he took this route, that for me would justify him being a decent contender when the time arises. Ole seems to have good character and good man manager skillswhich are two ingredients that can't be overlooked when we pick a manager.

A visit to Norway was mentioned in one article I read last night, no idea where. Thought about make a thread on it, because it's likely going to be a very long tour of South Africa and Asia, but obviously a good chunk of our players will be at the Euroes.
I think it is only rumours at this point, I think the Thelegraph was first to write about it. Nobody at Molde FK have heard anything about this, but of course, if United were to come to Norway again, it would be likely they go to Molde.
