In the latest episode of the United Hour Podcast, Nik (@Rood) is joined by CEO Duncan Drasdo and Financial Director Andy Green from the Manchester United Supporters Trust for a special episode on all things behind the scenes at Old Trafford including a brief history of MUST and their aims today, views on INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe so far, and the Old Trafford regeneration.
After the Millan game I was hurt, shattered everything you could think of anyways I am going to cheer United for this game to at least cheer them as we have to still believe in our team even though United never went to the san siro.
we jolly well better win this match to ease the gloom and pain. 
Surely this lot wont beat us. Ruud really has to start finding the net.

smith on the left side of midfield?
Scholes has been poor recently,,,actually since his miss agianst Milan (1st leg),,,was average against Portsmouth,,,could not find a way through Palace defence,,,& he was clueless at Milan.
I suggest giving him a rest 15 days or so, to recharge.

I hope Bellion will get a game, he looked very good yesterday in the reserve win over Blackburn. Considering he was having a good game and was subed in the middle of the second half, he might just have a chance.

Giggs to miss Cup trip
Ryan Giggs is out of United's FA Cup quarter-final tie at Southampton following an elbow to the nose in Tuesday's Champions League defeat to AC Milan.
Giggs is unavailable for the trip to St. Mary's, but United's No.2 Carlos Queiroz warned Harry Redknapp's side that United will only come back stronger from the midweek European exit at the Giuseppe Meazza.
"Ryan Giggs is obviously out of our plans," confirmed Queiroz at the pre-match press conference. "The team will be similar to the one we picked in Milan."
Although Sir Alex Ferguson indicated Chelsea's progress in the Champions League could prove to be distracting to their Premiership campaign, the FA Cup now represents United's one realistic chance of securing some silverware this season.
Queiroz admits the midweek defeat to Milan was hard to take for everyone connected to Old Trafford, but says the players are determined to give the fans something to celebrate come the end of the season.
"We're sad we have frustrated the dreams of our fans and our own expectations," he added. "But we're very strong in our mind that we must give our best in the coming games.
"Our desire to win the FA Cup is no stronger than it was at the start of the season. Realistically, it becomes an important trophy for us."

"Southampton are a very solid team and their progression has been steady over the last few weeks, we know that through our reports and our own observations.
"They’ve only lost twice at home this season which shows how difficult our game will be. It is a fantastic home record.
"The game will be special because it is surrounded by the cup spirit. It is not easy to go to Southampton, or to any other club in this competition.
"But Southampton know Manchester United are on the rebound and will come back even stronger. The desire we will show to win this game, I am sure, will be fantastic."

SIR Alex Ferguson has promised that United will bounce straight back from their European agony with FA Cup success at Southampton.
The upbeat Reds boss is adamant his men won't wallow in the disappointment of this week's Champions League exit at the hands of AC Milan.
"The players are over it because they are professional and they understand they have to move on," Fergie said ahead of the teatime quarter-final clash at St Mary's.
"We don't like it but it is part of the game and you have to realise that and go on to the next challenge.
"You look for the next challenge and that is now getting through to the semi-final of the FA Cup - and the players will respond to that.
"They know they played in two marvellous games of football where the technical football from both teams was terrific.
"The two games with Milan were played with great intensity and there was a high skill level. The players know they were not far off and that helps with their recovery.
"I thought the players handled it all with great dignity at the end of the match.
"Of course, they were disappointed but they realised they weren't turned over and they know what they have to do next time."
For the second successive year, the FA Cup has again become United's consolation prize.
Last Saturday's stalemate at Crystal Palace all but ended the Reds' slim hopes of catching Chelsea in the race for the Premiership.
Following their European exit, the Cup has moved from third to top spot on the Old Trafford list of targets.
