Spurs vs Manchester United

Ferdinand man of the match in this one by a mile for me.
VDS close though

FT, 3 points in the bag, excellent!

Very good game, Spurs probably deserved more.

"2-1 and all over, certainly this afternoon; maybe the championship."

Hats off to Rio, Vidic needs an alternative method for winning the ball in the air without use of an opposing player's shoulders.

I didnt watch the match, but following it here is more tense than watching! Good result. If only we had beaten Sunderland....

If Spurs play like they did today they have a good chance against Arsenal.

Well played lads, good game. I almost feel bad that the result helps Arsenal, hopefully Spurs get a point at Highbury.

I can't believe we did good job against Arsenal,Spurs and Wigan or Bolton away and then draw the worst team in PL at home :( fcuking shit.
Anyway its a great result.

I'll give Evra 10/10 for every match where he doesn't take part.

Good stuff, all over the place defensively until they scored. Then to be fair we commited fewer men forward and tightened it up well. Bit worried about Vidic late in the game, mis-timing a few headers.

Would have liked to have seen Louis come on but overall going forward we were fluit and very impressive, Gary Nev going forward gave us an extra edge. Ruuds movement was spot on but finishing a bit lacklustre.

Giggsy very impressive in midfield.

Did anyone notice that SAF was at the game? He might of been watching lennon and carrick.

There was a few players today I thought looked excellent - Dawson, Lennon and Keane. Carrick was good as well.

Martin Ferguson is the one they want to convince.

Or Carlos Queiroz
Yes but how much actual scouting does Queiroz do? Not actually that much he spends more time taking care of internal matter at the club. He obviously looks at what happens on the pitch when United play but i would doubt he has the final say on transfers either. SAF would have the final decision on whether he thinks the player can improve United's squad and as such he is the person that they have to convince.
