Predictable line-up. Would've preferred to see Kagawa in place of Giggs.

Is Hernandez injured?

Strong bench. Going to be hard to give Januzaj time.

Kagawa isn't match fit and he's looked terrible recently.

It's not unexpected for him not to start.

Decent team although starting Giggs against this slick Swansea team could be interesting. I love Giggs and he's obviously a club legend but he shouldn't be starting for us anymore.

Moyes likes using Giggs, doesn't he?

Giggs has looked good in most of pre season and Kagawa has looked like he's been lacking sharpness and had to travel for a friendly. The team makes sense and should be good enough. Will be interesting to see if Valencia will be able to up his game from last season.

I suppose it could in a way be similar to how England set up albeit with Tony instead of Walcott and RVP over Rooney.

For me Giggs shouldn't be starting games. New era and all. There is no bite in that team and like it or not rooney does add that dimension (as of course Suarez would!)

Would have preferred Fabio and Kagawa instead of Giggs and Jones, but otherwise is fine. What has happened to Chicha, is he injured?

Team as expected, Giggs starting gets tiresome now. No creativity at all.

What?? Giggs is one of most creative players albeit inconsistent. Was brilliant when he came on last season vs Swansea

 RVP is probably laughing his ass off. He couldn't have made a better career choice.

So Rooney doesn't deserve to play due to lack of playing time, yet Nani is in your line up?ok

Nani played two games behind closed doors, and trained with the team and played 20 minutes against AIK, while Rooney played just one half behind closed doors, and around 70 minutes for England, and that's about it.
