The Championship 2018/19 - Play-off final

Meh, WBA are a bunch of old men. We'll finish above them.

Wba had almost nothing in the second half. It just had to be an ugly goal if they scored. Villa seems to have found their game. They should end the season in one of the top two places.

Harvey Barnes will be in the England squad for the Euros 2020.....you heard it here first.
He certainly looks like the real thing playing for West Brom, it's always hard to tell if that'll translate to the Premier league. He doesn't get a lot of tackles in and would have to be more responsible defensively when he gets to the Premier League.

Tammy showing tonight he can play like a Chelsea centre forward
Tammy was just brutal in front of goal tonight, he is a hard player to define. I don't see him making it at Chelsea unless he becomes more clinical.

Not sure how many games he'll get at Leicester as he plays similar to James Maddison. Probably a premier league loan next season.
I think he will take Demari Gray's spot and play with Maddison behind the striker.

Yeah, that was my point. Morata-esque last night.

At the moment I can see him moving to a mid tier prem side next season. Hopefully he has a similar trajectory as Lukaku did (proves himself at Everton then gets a huge move).

He’s got an excellent goal scoring record for his age but he’s very ungainly and has a low bottom level. He’ll have a very good career but will have a lot of detractors.

Brentford have been out of form for a while now, 1 win in 14
and under new manager Thomas Frank, they've lost 7 out of 9

Middlesbrough doing really bad, as they got beaten by Q.P.R. Leeds win and they top the league atm. Brentford are literally collapsing. They lost 2-0 to Hull City. Ipswich, Preston and Swansea win as well. Aston Villa, Blackburn and Rotherham draw, instead. Bristol-Norwich now.

Most crazy League in the world.

Good old Gibbs still playing for WBA and scoring some important goals. Happy for him :)

Watford were in for him when he left Arsenal.

Must surely regret going to WBA. Watford training ground is across the hedge from Arsenal so he wouldn't have had to move house.

Good away point for Norwich against Bristol. Really hope they can get promoted.
Big derby today :D

Hope Mourinho is at Pride Park tonight scouting possible opposition teams for next season (unless of course one or both go up).

Derby County 0-0 Nottingham Forest
Derby move up to 4th
Nottingham Forest are in 7th (1 point off the playoffs)

Tight win for Norwich that allows them to go back to the top before Leeds play tomorrow against Villa. WBA win as well to cement their 3rd place. Middlesbrough back to the winning way away to Reading. Derby and Sheffield United draw, instead. Brentford-Bolton 1-0, Nottingham Forest-Q.P.R. 0-1, Sheffield Wednesday-Preston 1-0, Stoke-Millwall 1-0 and Wigan-Birmingham City 0-3. Hull City-Swansea now.
3-2 Hull FT.

Reading fans were against hiring Luis Castro from Guimarães to replace Clement because he doesn't know the League and now they hired this guy? The only thing I will say is they are going to be very lucky if he can do anything better than Clement. Don't like the guy at all, good luck for them.

I had no idea Yannick Bolasie was playing for Villa down in the Championship

Surely he's good enough for a Prem team still?

We already know Villa probably needs another goal since they're unable to keep Leeds from scoring.
