The Fraizer Campbell Watch

Apologies to everyone for flagging up the fact that this was on TV

what a fecking shite match - with the amount of attacking ability available to Ramos it is amazing that they can hardly string 2 passes together

So basically Ramos has moved Campbell from playing out of position on the wing to playing in his favored position as a proper forward - Spurs are looking a hell of a lot better as a result

this managing lark seems to be easier than it looks

saving him for the weekend .. thats the only way it'll make sense

Ramos, you mongo
Anyways; good second half performance from Fraizer.

Wisla Krakow 1 - 1 Fraizer Campbell

Our Fraizer has scored an important goal for the Spuds on his full debut (finally)!

The vital goal has helped them to qualification in the competition with an aggregate win of 3-2.

Campbell may prove to be Ramos's savior!

Not features at all under 'Arry (as he is playing just 1 up front) but likely to start for Spurs for tonight - lets hope he can shoot down the Scousers!

It's still a disaster for him to have gone there when he could have played lots of games with Hull. I assume Spurs will agree to break the season long loan deal in January and let him go on loan elsewhere. They'll probably buy a player or 2 in January and will have even less use for him.

Frazier need games and goals to have any chance when he comes back to United next summer. He could find himself behind Danny Welbeck in the pecking order.

He wouldn't have played lots of games at Hull.

If you look back in this thread you will see that I doubted he would get much game time at Spurs - dont think he wanted to go there nor Fergie wanted to send him there but Spurs were desperate and obviously demanded it as part of the Berba deal

I also hope he will be allowed to go elsewhere in Jan - guess it depends on Spurs bringing someone else in

They love him there. Apparently wanted to buy him for 7m. Of course he would have got way more playing time there than at Spurs.

Anyway from what I understand Fergie had verbally agreed to send him to Wigan on loan for the year before Spurs stepped in - although with the unexpected form of Zaki, he might not have played much there either to be honest

I can't think of too many youngsters that any of the big clubs have loaned out to other Prem teams and are getting regular games - perhaps Traore at Pompey but that is it. I think it works better when they goto Championship sides and play every week .

Good point. I agree.

I don't think they would have signed Cousin if Campbell had gone to them.

Probably not, only just realised now that he was signed on deadline day.

He's a much better buy for them though.
