It's a funny old game.
He's been underwhelming so far. Barely beat Tunisia, hammered Panama and lost that Belgium game. Got very lucky against Colombia when that player missed. He's seems tactically naive at times. If England were on the other side of the draw I think 95% of us would agree England would be home by now, and he would've been tactically outclassed by any half-decent manager. He would've been chastised and probably out of a job. I would say he's nice but he's dull more than anything. He has created a good team spirit though.
Then again, here he is leading England to a semi-final and that's all that matters - so you can't fault him. Can't help but think that against the first decent opposition (which may very well be the final
) he'll get shown up. He should thank his lucky stars that he's probably got the job for 4 more years and a nice pay rise.
