If i dont get one arrow star-fished i might, had a taste of those poor excuse for gloves in sparring a few weeks back and got my left eye totally shut for me.

Cant get tagged too many times in this game, especially at my weight.

Got a little clip of moi striking about 10 months ago. Lookin back at it i look very shit really. I have lost 10 kilos since then, strike a damm sight faster and dont blow like a steam train :lol:.
I'm 46 in a couple of weeks so feeling good considering.

yeah... the gloves make you work when you are covering...

i quite like them but ive done jkd for ages so im used to blocking full on stuff with no gloves so my guard is tight enough to use mma gloves... and as ive been cracked in the face more than a few times i tend not to cut and bruise too easily these days

oh and muay thai oil... you have some of that right?... you must know the stuff the linament... get some of that on your gloves... smear it on the guys forehead with the 1st couple of shots... let the sweat take the oil into his eyes... then just throw straight bombs at him... hey it aint a tickling contest is it

Too obvious, just smear it on your collar bones and pull their head in to a muay thai clinch.:D
 
I was only keeping Setanta because of the UFC. I'll have to get rid of it now. Shower of wasters. Is that definite before I go and cancel it?

i dunno about dublin... as far as im aware that might still be setanta... its only the uk setanta arem that has gone into administration... so i believe it is only the uk rights they are re-negotiating??? i could be wrong but thats what i thought?
 
Setanta Sports 1 and Setanta Ireland are both still broadcasting, but Setanta Sports 2 is just a blank screen. Unleashed is on at 11pm tonight on Setanta Sports 2, according to the listings.

its too close now to feck about...

where does these... i dont mind paying for the fight...

but in an ideal world is there a live hd streem... as i say i dont mind paying... but there is no way im gonna be able to get through ufc 100 without people letting me know who wins each fight... i knw far too many people in the states and so does the mrs...

so does anybody know how i can see this live now that setanta have fecked up my plans...

Yeah but the problem is we dont have sky...

if ufc goes to sky then ill get it... if it goes to bravo then again ill have to get sky... however i doubt ill be able to get it installed before ufc 100...

so unless it goes to channel 5 or virgin it looks like i might need to get this one on a live streem...

we ditched sky when the ufc went to setanta as the mrs hates football (or soccer as she still calls it) but loves the ufc... so i now go to the pub for football and have an excuse to escape from under her thumb and have a drinky as well... woo yay

so all in all if ufc goes to sky im gonna be proper pissed off as ill loose my excure to go to the pub and probably end up forking out 60 quid a month for the ufc... all in all im fecking livid with setanta

Thinking about it, I don't really give a shite where UFC goes, as long as its not Channel 5. I'm not too bothered about seeing 100 live, I won't be at home that weekend, I'll be at Oxegen.

ffs there is only 5 days to go... if dana does got announce something soon like tonight or tomorrow then i dont think its going to happen at all
 
apparently 100 on virgin 1 but then going to espn (who have also brought setantas football as well i believe)... I had setanta through BT vision as it was free with the package... and apparently some gal at bt said they would try to provide espn instead of setanta but nothing confirmed as yet... so basically fingers crossed it could still be free and live and in hd on espn and 100 still be shown on virgin 1... all in all id be happy with that

I think Hendo will take Bisping down and grind out a win, I think Coleman will do the same vs Bonnar.

i think you are right about them both having the ability to take their opponent down... but unless they take them down in the 1st munite or 2 or a round i fancy their opponents to take it to the end of the round as they both have ok guards... then when the fight is stood up i think the cardio of the 2 older men will begin to tell towards the end of the fights
 
about 66 hours to go till the fights start and still no announcement from the ufc...

this is poor poor management imo

its giving whoever actually gets the fight virtually no time to promote it and pretty much no time for them to sort out advertising...

as i doube any announcements will be made untill its morning again in america we could be looking at sub 48 hours notice for people and one of those days being a saturday...

im starting to think its not going to be on anywhere :nervous:

It's shocking. Being looking thru forums all other the place from TV to bodybuilding ones and no one has heard anything as of yet. Being planning on watching this at a mates house looking like I may have to download it at this rate the next morning.
 
It's now on Setanta's schedule even though it wasn't during the week. I rang Setanta during the week and they were absolutely adamant that they wouldn't have it.
 
Dunno if this means Anything, but looking thru the listings, it's apparently on setanta Ireland. They better do something fast, I'm going Away in the morning until monday and need to set it on the sky plus box
