I cannot imagine having to endure being grilled and lectured and ridiculed by that nimrod. And for her to purposely mispronounce your name as the immature, narcissistic, petty, vengeful cnut she is because deep inside she's insecure about all of it and got shown up, again, for the ignorant tin-foil nutter she is.

The lady handled it professionally, doubtful I could have. I'd probably have quipped, "It's pronounced (name), but you're probably smart enough to know that if you cared more about governing and leading over grandstanding and tin-foil hattery."

The question is.... When is something going to be done about her? She abused Biden at the State of the Union, videos show she gave tours to insurrectionists, she's bullied and harassed members of Congress and mass shooting survivors.. Been racist, homophobic, offensiveand disrupted many serious proceedings.. What the feck does she have to do before she gets held accountable?

That's on McCarthy. He has a slim margin in the house and obviously can't afford to piss off the MAGA base (to which she belongs). He is already dealing with the possibility of Santos getting booted from the House, and with only a 4 member margin for him to retain his speakership, he's not likely to take any action at all. There's also a decent chance the Dems reclaim the House next cycle, so lets hope that happens.

Let's hope they do reclaim the house. But seriously, isn't it yet another flaw in the system when someone can act as she does without recourse? She's acting like she's Queen Bee and nobody can do a thing about it. Nobody is even criticizing her because they are scared they will lose out financially or be ostracized forr doing so. She's a vicious bully, and not a very bright one either, yet she's leading the whole government on a merry dance.

Yep. And she knows she can get away with a lot given McCarthy's precarious predicament. She is aware his entire career has been built around attempting to one day become Speaker of the House of Representatives and that he won't take any action to jeopardize his own job.
