Ferguson wary of Saha threat
Thu, 01 Mar 13:06:29 2012
Manchester United fear former striker Louis Saha could put a serious dent in their Barclays Premier League title challenge as the reigning champions travel to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham on Sunday.
The France international has scored three goals in two league starts following his transfer deadline day move from Everton, and is likely to be paired in attack with Emmanuel Adebayor as Spurs look to close the gap on second-placed United to five points.
United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is wary of the threat his former player and his new team-mates pose to United's title battle with fierce rivals Manchester City, telling manutd.com: "He's got tremendous talent. He's got two great feet, he's quick, he's got a good spring in the air. There's no doubt he's a handful."
Where is that blade of grass that did him in so often when he was with us?
