I think the full video from CNN gives us a better idea in what shape he’s in. Those 10 second clips are hard to go by.

I like Biden's MSNBC Town Hall starting off strong with him masks are important and his federal plans for masks if he was elected. Its a great and timely counter to that shit show we just saw with trump . And hes not holding back so far on trump being responsible for getting this virus by being reckless

not sure what the exact contex is (had he just done some stairs?) this is what i feel like when my asthma acts up. i end up trying to stand taller to get that 1 unit more of air that makes everything feel great ... for a few seconds, till the next breath, which is short, and then the cycle repeats.

The other thing I'm surprised with is the side effects, supposedly influencing mood. The one I take does have side effects too* but I've never noticed a mood shift.

*my grandmother was given it as her main medicine against asthma for years and suffered from dependency and weak bones as a result.
 
If even the right are comparing Trump directly to fascist leaders then I'm not sure where's left for the rest of us to go. I mean, yeah.
 
As I said before, this just all reeks of a political ploy to A) Downplay the virus B) Make him look 'stronger' in the eyes of his supporters

Is he talking about his "bravery" in standing on the balcony without a mask? The guy is getting more deranged almost literally by the day.

Everyone is different. Also depends on the dose. So effects on mood can vary. Mania, excitement, feeling high, high energy are common but doesn't mean everyone gets it.

Being on oral steroids was not uncommon previously. Nowadays though we have more options. Being on oral steroids for asthma should be rare nowadays.
