I was far more nervous for the chelsea game than for this one, I think I just care a lot more about the prem than the CL, any team can win the CL (Liverpoo etc) it doesn't mean you're the best neccessarily, finishing 1st above chelsea would be arguably SAF's biggest achievement
The Champions League is important, so I want United to pass the knockout stage and play against Europe's top teams... obviously, and every fan would want that.

SAF and indeed the team has played themselves into this position and tonight we will see if they have the composure, technical ability or indeed the class needed to progress further in the competition. The last few games they mistakenly thought they could and indeed would win at any time of their choosing and that the goal would come and when it didn’t they had no ideas of how to change things. Well I hope the lessons have been learnt and they will try to win the game as early as possible and alleviate the pressure from themselves and indeed us. So come on you reds.

Still a bit worrying in my book that out of 7 subs we have one attacker, and he's not played for 6 weeks. Still, hopefully the starting line up will do the business anyway. Just would be nice to have a host of options to send on if we need a goal...
