West Bromwich Albion vs. Manchester United

with such a young team there are going to be some gaffs, and of course a keeper's errors are magnified as it usually ends in a goal. just need to be patient - short term pain for long term gain.

That was shit, no doubt. But lets not jump to conclusions yet.

Well he is only 20.

And for a keeper that is too young. Not saying he is a bad keeper.

I am not making any conclusions or criticism based on that goal.

Don't you think GK is our weakest position this season? We had VDS last season there.

 at this thread and the responses to DDG. Pathetic. If Cleverley gives a goal away I wonder if the same responses would follow from the posters who have their tongue up his arse? Would it feck. He's a young keeper and he will learn, that's all.

will someone explain what the feck happened instead of just either saying De gea is shit, or that he will come good?

Long and low shot taken at an angle from distance creeped into the bottom right hand side, should have been an easy save for most top keepers. Seems to be a consistent weakness of his.

He'll drill it out hopefully.

I love that cnuts have the nerve to criticize De Gea after more then likely, praising him 2 minutes before for making a top save.

I think he is a very good talent, probably one of the best I have seen at his age. Unfortunately I haven't seen too many young keepers thrive at top clubs at that age.

When attacking we look good but when defending we look very shaky

VDS made a worse error against WBA last season iirc. Let him blend in, into a new team/league and level altogether before you jump to season defining conclusions.

True but that was save he should be making anyway.

I still have massive doubts about De Gea as I would with any young keeper. But fecking hell he deserves a chance before we have start having a go at Fergie's choice.

Peter Schmeical took time to settle....but everyone here is old enough to know that.

since the goal it's been back to the away performances of last season.
