Did he have a go at Suarez at the half time whistle?

Did a marvellous job. Him and Rooney in form.

absolute beast that guy, i thought he faded away a bit in the first half. But then in the second half, he went into Hulk mode again and absolutely raped Enrique.

Is it just me who constantly get surprised by his immense stamina? Game in game out he seems to out-endure his fullback. Today he wasnt that dominant in the first half (though he did trouble Enrique into what should have been a yellow card) but he just got more and more dangerous in the second. In the end Enrique seemed ragged while Tony looked like the match had just begun.

Its amazing that he can keep on giving 100% for entire matches every week, especially for a winger who has important defensive duties as well.

Guys a fecking animal...if he could get his A game on, week in week out, he'd be a special footballer.

Imagine a Tony Valencia as right back with his pace, power, pure speed, crossing ability and nani on the right wing with his tricks, shooting power. Best right side in the epl r even the world.

Would be nearly as good as having Rafael! :P

He's like a right sided Bale with less goal threat

Had a good day out against the best LB in the league today.

He's a fecking tank. I love him more and more. In such great form atm.
Enrique, who is one of the more likeable charakters at Pool imo, did better than many others against him but still had a hard, hard time.

Bosingwa, strangely, did a much better job.

That was because AvB put two players on Valencia. Each time he got the ball, Bosingwa immediately crowded him and the CB quickly ran over to make sure he didn't get a cross off. The dippers made a half hearted attempt to replicate Chelsea's strategy with little success.

The only thing I'm worried about with him is burnout. He's racked up a lot of games recently, hopefully he can get a break against Ajax if we get one of young or nani fit.

Well, not all of them;

He's better than what we have, but at the same time people *** over him when he's easily THE most wasteful player they have in their side. I've said it all this season and most of last. If people watched him more often they'd see just how many times he wastes possession, shoots when he shouldn't at all, or over crosses the ball.

But still they ***.

Whaaaaat. He's probably one of our best at keeping possession, hardly ever shoots when he probably should do more and I cannot ever remember him over crossing a ball

He basically just described Ashley Young.

I'm not, he seems to be a player that needs to build up a head of steam and keep it going for his form to stay. The Equadorian Express.
