Manchester United vs. Liverpool

No surprise to see Liverpool go full strength. They need to win games like this to give the players and fans belief they can do something in the league. United may need to do the same to give some fans belief (the ones who seem to doubt Moyes already)

Interesting CM partnership.

Januzaj please! And not Young! Everything else is fine by me.

I'd be disappointed if Giggs starts ahead of Nani/Kagawa/Hernandez. Nothing Moyes shouldn't know about Giggs and these guys need time given how Moyes hasn't really given them all the sub appearances he could have.

Liverpool do look strong, will make it all the better a test for the team after Sunday I guess.

Giggs-Jones in midfield.. Buttner-Evans-Smalling at the back versus a full strength Liverpool.... This should be interesting!

Before people go into meltdown, I'd expect Rooney in there around the midfield and Kagawa obviously dropping in there too. It won't be a basic two in the middle of Jones/Giggs.

Hmm strange lineup, be interesting to see how it goes. I beg of Nani and Kagawa to play good for a change!

haha :(

Just supping up in Chorlton. Not as excited as usual. Let's hope it is just cos I'm knackered.
We need a passionate response from the players tonight. If a few squad players play, I'd expect them to want to impress. Moyes needs to realise he has quality options.

Delighted to see Kagawa, Nani and Hernandez start but Giggs-Jones....wtf?!

Its a shame Fellaini's cuptied, would have been perfect for a game like this.

I'd hope so or we will get overrun!Gutted I can't see this and have to follow on text commentary

Twitter: "Jones-Giggs CM pair may just be competing with Rafael-Park as the weakest in MUFC's recent history."

He does have a point.

Making Rooney captain is a pretty transparent attempt to settle him down.

Wow. Didn't think we could beat the midfield of Giggs-Ando that we played last season in this cup at Stamford Bridge.

Moyes has got to be shitting us with that lineup. Can see us getting whipped here.
