Everyone on here loves the lineup...we're going to lose now.

Were those three defenders confirmed as being injured/rested in yesterday's press conference?

Moyes was bullish regarding injuries yesterday so we had no clue. Looks like they're all still injured though.

Good team. Looking forward to seeing that front four.

Glad to see Fellaini get a start. He really needs a run of games now.

Fellaini's first start in months, that should be interesting.
When moyes was asked on who we have out for injuries he said we have to deal with injuries like everyone else. Was being an arse during the whole pressed really, I think Rafael is just being rested for Tuesday though.

Add in Rafael and rio out, and somebody for fellaini and it would be our strongest team IMO. Probably our strongest team at the moment given the injuries though, and it's the right time to give fellaini a chance.
Yeah I agree.

It's probably the first time a line up looked good, under Moyes. Apart from Fellaini that is a decent line up. It will all come down to 4-4-2 or not.

5-0 win. I'm confident.

Ok, maybe 5 is a bit much. 4 then.

Great team on paper. As well as getting a win today, I really want to see us putting in a good performance.

Nice to Fellaini back. Hope he does the business.

C'mon the boys!

Be interesting to see how we handle Tom Ince!, fecking slow and untrustworthy defence that and they'll be no support from the wings.

Hopefully defence do push up and Fellaini is our third defender. I'm still yet to gather what Fellaini offers in that role that Jones doesn't, plus Jones has mobility

I really, really hope that crossing nonsense stops tonight. The players should be well capable of mixing it up and going through the middle too.

It stopped against Arsenal.

In what minute will the Palace fans tell us that they support their local team?

Time to take bets on who the scapegoat will be now nobody can blame Valencia or Young for the performance. Fellaini strong favourite followed by Rio with Chris Smalling as the outsider.

Can well see it being Rooney. '£300'000 for that?!' will be the gist of it.

Smalling right back. Fellaini Carrick. Time to put in some performances to suggest when Moyes picks these things he knows what hes doing...

I see, thanks.

Ten days since Rafael's concussion, unless he's on the bench it is most likely a precaution i agree. You would think he'd have been fairly laid back around the media yesterday all thigns considered.

Sad that Rafael didn't make it.. Glad to see that front four at last and I hope it produces, but if we're lacklustre in attack today it'll be down to Smalling not being a full back and providing the best outlet. Hopefully the change would be to take off Rio or Vidic for Valencia at Right Back if we need to go for it, rather than taking off one of our attackers first.

Like it though!

That front four  Hopefully we can actually get the ball to them to play some decent football. Only negative to that line up really is Smalling at RB.

Great lineup, basically what I've wanted to see since we got Mata.

We'll probably play like shit now!
