So the Higuain transfer was found out to be complete from a list of completed deals on the official website of the Lega Serie A. Paul Pogba's transfer was naturally not on that, so that would suggest this is not a done deal and just waiting for announcement. There are definitely the fine details to sort out (who pays Raiola's fee and how much it is).
