Fair enough. No one is really trying to change peoples minds here are we? Its shouting into the void. It would be wasted time. There are plenty of people out there though who would and probably have changed their minds based on how things have gone since the ref. Pointing and calling them idiots helps no one. Some will be idiots naturally, who just want to win, no matter the cost, but some have believed the lies and its those who remainers should be targeting.
No unicorns then.

We need someone to start a poll thread about what they think is the most likely outcome.
Mays clusterfeck deal, a revised deal, no deal, no brexit. I would do it but I don't know how to do polls.
I reckon May's deal will go through. Its been made abundantly clear that no one wants to take charge and be responsible for brexit. So it will stumble over the line by virtue of no one making a credible attempt to stop it.

That’s my view too. The ‘brexiteers’ in high level politics don’t have the bottle to take the reigns and enact a no deal. I’ve been convinced of that for a long time.
Baker reckons some haven't put their letters in yet because they have to tell their constituency parties first, and they meet at weekends. Monday/Tuesday will be the test I suppose.https://www.theguardian.com/politic...to-have-sent-a-letter-of-no-confidence-in-may
Have they got the 48 letters or not?
Will they even get them?
The more I see of Theresa May the more I wonder how she got there. She obviously wouldn't have been voted in as she's about as confident and convincing as a goldfish, but she must've worked her way up to near that point somehow. I thought a huge part of being a politician was about debating and public speaking. She's awful at it, even without an audience in person. I wouldn't trust her to run me a bath, nevermind run the country.
"err er y..yes it's d..ready" "it's freezing cold Theresa"
I was watching a Question of Sport last night and it struck me that Theresa May looks like if Sue Barker died and was taken to a dodgy taxidermist.
What she looks like is irrelevant.
If May survives this I look forward to her Father Ted speech in Parliament.
"and now...we move on to Liars!"
Irrelevant to what? Discussing how much being Prime Minister looks to have taken its toll on her is not unreasonable conversation.
If we must have Brexit BINO is the best type of Brexit.BINO. Brexit in name only, but keep it quiet.
Fair play to Gove.
He appears slimy, but he hasn't stabbed May in the back.
He's also made a decent stab at Environment Secretary.

Dunno, some of the headbangers really believe the sunlit uplands shite.I’ll be surprised if any stab May in the back to get their grip on the poisoned chalice. It’s a bold political move with virtually no upside.
To leave the EU if I remember my voting card correctly. What was it you voted for that she is not delivering on?
I read today one of his colleagues had written that Michael’s wrestling bouts with his conscience constitute the longest winning streak in British sporting history. I chuckled![]()

Ditto. The ERG cnuts and Labour will vote it down. Labour can vote with impunity and blame the subsequent chaos on the Tories. No I don't think there's any possible chance of it getting through the house of commons. No way. It'll be voted out, and May will be in the same position as Cameron after the referendum. Will she go? Probably.
Then it'll be down to someone else to go back to the EU to either try and get more concessions, or go to the people with another vote.

As for those saying Corbyn has played a blinder, yeah fine he's sat back and watched as the Tories tear themselves apart, but he's offered feck all leadership or a viable alternative Brexit. He says he'll negotiate a Brexit that works for everyone'.
Impossible and the spineless tit still won't be honest about his own view.
What happens if Jezza actually comes to power before the end of March?Ditto. The ERG cnuts and Labour will vote it down. Labour can vote with impunity and blame the subsequent chaos on the Tories.

Can't see how? No way Tories call an election. What happens if Jezza actually comes to power before the end of March?
Corbyn is anti-EU and hiding behind the will of the people nonsense. Wouldn't trust him to kill Brexit tbh.Of course he's not going to negotiate any Brexit. They're going to kill Brexit but want to make sure it takes the Tories with it which is why they can just sit on the fence and watch. He has openly even acknowledged a People's vote! Brexit has destroyed the Tories for a generation and that can only be a good thing!
All they need is to get into power and put their policies in to improve peoples lives. Brexit has no place in their plans if they are to succeed at it and people will forget if their lives really improve during a Corbyn government.

No one can or will do. People have to accept that Brexit is happening in some shape or form. Can't see how? No way Tories call an election.

Both Donald Tusk and May have said it can be no Brexit. Tusk went as far as to say that was the best option. No one can or will do. People have to accept that Brexit is happening in some shape or form.

She said twice clearly “it’s my deal, no deal, or no Brexit”I don't think May has ever said this in the sense it's something the tory party are willing to do. And it's doesn't matter what Tusk says.
Stopping Brexit would destroy both political parties(Tory & Labour)and destroy the legitimacy of UK democracy, these are the reasons why Brexit is going to happen. The best option for people who want to remain is a 2nd referendum.
