I mean, the most logical thing is that he would eventually get it. He works in a busy place visited by hundreds of people daily and where protection measures are few or absent.
Simulating this many cases in the WH would be the sort of conspiration too hard to implement realistically. So it makes sense he has it.
On the other hand, the clinical history makes little sense. And like many other things the White House does it's the sort of story that seems constructed to cater to his base but stands to no reasonable scrutiny. I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow he is in critical care or if he has been completely assymptomatic all this time. Everything is possible when everything they say is so incoherent.
Even for Trump alone to fake it seems a rather risky thing to do, though I wouldn't put it beyond him to do have an idea like that.
Still hoping he dies from this. Well, wishing, rather than hoping. Odds are on his side.
