yes that is jUST my point ---rooney is not thin-boned and HAS and will continue to have a weight problem. Got that di*ckhead!
I don't understand your concern.
There's four types of muscular skeletal builds in humans.
SF Ectomorphs, R Ectomorphs, Mesomorphs and Endomorphs.
Endomorphs aren't natural athletes. They gain fat easy and just aren't build for physical pursuits, particularly sports that are taxing on the cardiovascular system such as football.
SF-Ectomorphs aren't natural athletes either. They have a small frame but aren't muscle bound. They often have high body fat percantages but look thin.
R Ectomorphs and Mesomorphs are the natural athletes.
Giggs and the others you mentioned are R Ectomorphs. They are naturally skinny. They have low body fat percentage. They find it hard to gain Muscle and they find it hard to gain fat. Ectomorphs make brilliant footballers, but are not good Rugby players or boxers.
Rooney, as well as other footballers such as Sol Campbell, John Terry and Darius Vassel (to name a few) are mesomorphs. Mesomorphs can gain weight easy, particularly muscle, but also fat. BUT they also are the quickest of all the body types when it comes to shedding fat. Mesomorphs are also naturally very strong. They are very good boxers, Rugby players, Wrestlers and Bodybuilders. But they also carry over into sports such as Football and do very well at it.
As long as Rooney is training he's not going to gain any weight. Even if he does, whilst he's injured or what not. He will lose it very easily.
