Not at all. It's strictly a legal question. Legally, it is occupied territory and the settlers are a violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, article 49. I think it's fair to say that Israel carried out its conquest in the wrong century, when international law was established among nations.
I'll stick to holding hope that this is no more than Israel's attempt to send signals.
But with Netanyahu refusing to end the war in Gaza, and Hezbollah therefore refusing to stop firing towards Israel, I don't know how much longer this can go on without further escalation.
Every single type of stereotypical villain that exists is prominent in the IDF. Sniping kids for a laugh, mass torture, medical experimentation, parading with the bras of Gazan women, and just random sadism. Guess every occupying force is similar, but maybe the length of this occupation and the hate that's inoculated over these decades, makes them rise above many others.

Possibly, but I find this lot far worse. They are supposedly educated people not raised from poverty, no education & tribalism such as many African armies have been. I think they are also worse because many document everything with pride and glee all over social media. Not forgetting are also supported by the world's leading superpower.
At least other armies could use ignorance as a defence.

The Israeli government and the Israel Defense Forces are absolutely fecking grotesque. They are every bit as disgusting in their conduct as the Russian orc rapists, the US Abu Ghraib degenerates, the brutes of Aparthied SA, the list goes on. And they've recorded it all on TikTok for prosperity.

In honesty, i dont recall putin or anyone from his cabinet saying that ukrainians are subhuman anf they have to kill all ukrainian children and at the same time calling themselves over and over the most moral army in the world
The Kremlin spreads that kind of rhetoric through its state propaganda. Such as having to drown Ukrainian children in a river.
The likes of Medvedev and co generally don't go that far in their own public rhetoric.
But let's not pretend that hateful rhetoric isn't tolerated by Putin on Russian state tv.
